Only if it’s really cold. If you do use something to break the wrist seal and let warm air into the glove it has to be something you can pull out quickly if the glove is punctured to avoid a suit flood.
Yeah, a small capillary tube helps to alleviate the squeeze in your dry glove because otherwise it's a sealed air space and your hands get vacuum-packed the deeper you go. I also pack a couple lengths of paracord in my bag because the capillary tubes are very easy to loose...
