Omg that was hilarious, Nadia had a full teenager'esque meltdown. I lost count of the number of times Nadia went up and down the stairs lol. Thank you both I'm a 64 year old who now spares 7 mins per day to exercise with Lucy Wyndham Read, reduced carbs and enjoying it! You've both encouraged me to give it a go. Who knows I might be doing 10 min hits this time next year lol.

Nadia you looked really lovely in that jump suit. i found you on Hello website you look great in the picture, a really positive write up too saying how flattering your outfit was and a chic clutch, but they thought you were wearing a wrap dress! your hair look great also. We are all too hard on ourselves when it comes to the way we look, you are looking great and you should celebrate your progress with your weight loss and fitness.
