Oh my god this has helped me soo much!!! I came off the pill about 5 months ago now and have been having such bad breakouts and couldn’t understand why and it all makes sense now! Thank you so much! 💗
Honestly it the most annoying thing 🥺 but I’ve read a lot of articles and lots say it will go away 💖
This happened to me too and my doctor had to put me on tablets and it cleared my breakouts and has almost reset my skin. Hope this helps of yours are still had maybe speak to your GP.
The same thing happened to me, it’s basically your hormones trying to balance themselves out again, and it will clear up, it just takes some time :)

you OWN that hair color looks amazing! I had the same issue coming off birth control.. it got so bad I had to go back on them.. :( It sucks. I tried everything, retinol etc but nothing cleared it to be honest. I still have acne on this new pill but it's slowly fading. Shows you how much birth control messes with your hormones.

The moment I laid my eyes on that doggy car seat I had to go to Amazon straight away and get it! My dog constantly climbs onto my lap when I'm driving and my jeans get soiled with doggy paw prints. What a great solution!

Mine was the same when I came off the pill. I’ve been off nearly 2 years now and my skins back to normal. I’ve never had acne. If I get a spot it’s a few times a year and they’re normally ‘hormonal’ ones but when I came off I was getting loads on them all on my chin area too!! So annoying but glad im back to pre-pill skin

Im exactly the same i came off the pill a year ago and been having severe break outs been on antibiotics for 4 months and its only just starting to clear up.

I’ve suffered with this and I have high pigmentation in my skin so my scars after a holiday and tanning, were so much worse and darker! I’ve had a series of chemical peels and micro needling which has helped massively!
Ps, if anyone here uses sun beds and is struggling, cover your face and wear sun screen! It’s not worth making your scars worse as UV causes skin trauma to go dark!

Hey Sarah, I've just watched the vlog and saw you mentioned about breakouts and also that you're using Viviscal.
Ignore me if you've already ruled it out, but i know other people had breakouts on their face while using viviscal.
I’ve been using it for so long, long before the breakouts so sadly it’s deffo down to coming off the pill xx
