Great video I have some questiosn:
After multiple harvests, can mint leaves start to grow smaller than usual? Do you need to renew the plant eventually, or can it be harvested indefinitely?
What diseases can affect mint, and how do you treat or cure them?

You need to replenish nutrients to help fatten the leaves
No you don't have to replace them just anlage the over grown rooting systems by cutting them back every few months
Some varieties can get mold . I suggest control with a local fungicide or natural remedy like bicarb and water mixture.
Mint is a very forgiving crop
