Our 1st Amendment is the freedom of speech, and the freedom of press. That is the freedom of ideas. This project 2025 is proposing schedule 5, which states that the President can fire you if you do not hold the same ideas. That is a violation of your constitutional right

Nothing about "illegal" in there. Even the one's who legally came over have been here most of their lives can be deported.
You discussed only one of the many goals of project 2025. Coincidentally it's the topic many trump supporters agree with. Why did you not discuss the project's goal to eliminate unions and worker protections (pg 581), eliminate the department of education (pg 319), teach religious beliefs in public schools (pg 319), and use the military to break up protests (pg 133). There are many many more controversial goals of project 2025 and you chose deportation.
Because those things too.. are things Trump and many conservatives agree with... everything 2025 states as a goal aligns with the majority of Republicans (trump supporters or not) mindset. They've been working at this end goal for over 40+ years... its just with Drump they've found they can say the quite parts out loud, and no one, especially their own will care... their so enamored in the cult of hate and revenge the parties become since they now mirror what they've always wanted privately.
Thing is its not about Trump even, 2025 is something that will come regardless of whos the Republican nominee, this election or the next, or the one after that... if the Republicans get into power ever, 2025 will hit the ground running the very morning after. Only way to ensure America never becomes a autocratic theocratic dictatorship christo fascist hell hole is to never let the Republicans get power ever again.

@@waskele.wabbit717 first, the ruling on Presidential immunity has not changed anything. The Constitution spells it out…if a President does something illegal, Congress can impeach. After impeached and removed, that President can be indicted. The Supreme Court did not give the Presidency any more power than it already had. Second, Project 25 is about setting the country back to our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Everyone agrees that DC is broken. It is broken because legislators and corporations are stealing our money, all while unelected beaurocrats make laws and regulations that are destroying small businesses and the middle class. It will lessen the power the Executive branch holds. Part of the process was removing the unelected beaurocrats from making, executing, and judging on the validity of those laws all within the same branch of government. The Supreme Courts ruling on chevron deference just started that process. Our government has become one huge branch that employs more people than any other corporation or government on the planet. Only one person, the President, is elected in that branch….we must go back to separation of powers if we want to get the country back from the “experts” that have been wrong over and over again. Project 25 is restoring the power back to the American citizens.

Reading the project itself, it's really messed up. Many of the policies within it do not obey America's constitution. I'm not American but I have several friends in America who are scared of having these policies implemented.

This is like saying we should build a wall, when that only ignores the corruption in Mexico and causes more problems. I'm not sure how giving rich people yet more tax breaks is gonna make groceries less expensive. It's pretty much all the GOP did during their time controlling all three legislative bodies. They're not going to reduce spending. They never have. At least the Democrats spend more and tax more, which keeps us at square one. Republicans tax less and spend more. You can't reduce Government spending in any serious capacity without taking a butcher's knife to one of three Big Hogs: Social Security, Medicare, and the Defense Budget. They used to be all about cutting the first two, but now they don't dare because of their voterbase being mostly composed of withered old mummies.
