    In this video, I want to show you 5 simple exercises and talk about stretching the back of the thigh. That is, about the biceps of the thigh.
    The fact is that if a person has ever had or has problems with the lumbar spine, then, oddly enough, it is the back muscle group that will be clamped. This is especially observed in people who spend a lot of time at the computer, work in the office, who lead a passive lifestyle.
    Why exactly the back of the thigh will be slightly clamped in this case? The fact is that we have a certain alternation along the chain of the musculoskeletal system. When we have problems with the lumbar spine, most often the gluteal muscles are weakened and poorly developed, and if we go down, then the back of the thigh, on the contrary, will be overloaded and often slightly shortened. Therefore, I advise you to perform stretching exercises for the back of the thigh, especially for those who lead a passive lifestyle.
