I've been using this for about two months and I love it! The girl at the store recommended it when I asked about something to stimulate hair growth. My hair is long too and I felt it was starting to thin out a bit. I've noticed my hair has grown in the past two months. I use the R&B hair moisturizer from Lush after washing with the Roots. I also bought the cinnamon bar shampoo that is also suppose to stimulate hair growth. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I love LUSH too!

We have a Lush in my local mall and I've never been in there. My mom says it's too expensive, but the products seem worth the price. I'll be sure to check them out.

I have been using herbalism, aqua marina and grease lightning less than a week and my skin already looks so good. It didn't cause my skin to purge like most skincare products do before they start to improve your skin.
I don't have acne to the same degree you do, Cass but it's worth a try. It makes the skin feel incredible and relieves A LOT of redness.

Might I suggest a bullet pointing technique beforehand? Seriously idk what I would do if there wasn't fast forwarding, repetitive rambling is very disengaging to the viewer, which is partly why I hardly watch your videos anymore, time to get organized!!

My sister tried not washing her hair and her hair was amazing after a while! It actually made her hair thicker!

I've never commented on your videos before but I really enjoy watching them and I think the long videos are great :) I have a question about the product, because I have bought a conditioner from Lush before and it turned out to have lemon juice in it, which I've heard can lighten hair colour, and that has turned me off purchasing anymore hair products from them. Are there any ingredients in this 'Roots' product that could lighten hair colour?

Can you tell us how to use peppermint oil for your hair to make it longer?
I believe massaging my scalp really did make it grow more because I was massaging it for about 5 months and then I stopped for 3 months, and during those 3 months I noticed that it wasn't really growing and then started massaging it again and noticed more growth :)

hi Cass you can use henna on your hair as a hair dye & astringent for your hair to kill the bacteria that makes it weak my mom fried her hair by bleaching it & she used it for 5 yrs it's been growing so fast and healthy and no split ends & she uses hot tools every day :/

It's not going to preform well as a deep conditioner, Roots is for stimulating hair growth. Also it is a hair mask that is applied to dry hair, not necessarily for In shower use.
Where can you buy it
I'm sure it would also calm an itchy scalp?

Try there Soak and float Bar Shampoo Its smells really wierd but trust me it helps with the dandruff and itchy scalp....

I was going to recommend you the Lush Fresh Face Masks for your acne :) maybe they'll really really help you! I know they've been helping me out so much. You should buy or try some of the cleansers out for your acne. :)
You should try Follicure treatments. Found in local beauty supply stores. Their shampoo and conditioner Works. Over a time you'll see a difference. Also Castor Oil is great! Invest in one without sodium. Google Follicure you're going to find an online sites to order it if you can't get to a beauty supply store.

Hi Cass! I have super sensitive skin and it seems that every shampoo and conditioner that I try will cause a weird blochy rash on my legs and thighs! Even higher end products like Aveda have broken me out. Could you do a talkin' tuesday on this and what can cause those break outs so I know what to look for?
Other than their hair products, have you ever used LUSH Cosmetics? Face wash, wise. I think it'll work well for you. I have acne prone skin, and its been working for me so far! But, all skin is different. I've used their Fresh Farmacy soap and Cosmetic Warrior Fresh Face Mask. You should definitely try it, if you have already done so! :)

I've not tried a natural shampoo, but I have tried not washing my hair. I've had this problem for about a year now, and it just feels like it's getting worse. :/

ever try getting a natural shampoo or not washing you hair for a week? shampoo can be super irritating, and it even made my whole back break out. i went 9 days with no shampoo and my hair looks healthier :)
