It's to the point where we don't just guess the anime, it's also which season, and bonus points for artist and song name... And not just OP's and ED's but also random insert songs and OST's. But, by far the hardest shit is guessing from lyrics, not even translated, just straight japanese lyrics and I don't speak Japanese so it's rough unless I REALLY know the song or it has some stupid gimmicky text that gives it away.

ah i remember having this conversation with one of my teachers, with whom i am really comfortable with, about him being able to have been at a concert of the band that plays the iconic deathnote intro. he describes it as a precious treasure and i was so jealous. years back, i was reading lots of mangas and bringing them to school and so he took the chance to share his interest. i love the memory esp bc we share something mutual and it's really rare to see teachers out of their adult roles to open up!
