Kyrgios claimed that sinner used a “massage cream” as if that was how the drug entered Sinners system. He clearly has little regard for the facts of case. His responses are emotionally driven because he’s concerned with victimizing himself and others. The explanation from Sinner’s team is perfectly rational. Whether or not the rules are applied consistently has nothing to do with whether Sinner is innocent or not.
Totally agree, he talked without doing the actual research. If he was referring to the Simona Halep case, where Roxadustat was found in her body, it was 0.2 nanograms per millilitre, compared to Jannik Sinner's 21 picograms per millilitre of Clostebol which is about 0.021 nanograms this is 10 time less. In the case of Simona Halep she got 2 years and later reduced to 9 months. I'm not surprised Jannik also got a reduced sentence in the end.

What double standards? The same rules were applied to Sinner and the investigating agency didn't know it was him. They went by the evidence, not the name. You know the ATP has nothing to do with doping investigations, right?

Funny thing is, in the context of it all without clickbait, Kyrgios did preface to say it isn’t personal with Sinner, but rather the entire procedural process is clearly favored towards Sinner compared to how Halep and plenty of others have been treated.
Kyrgios’s “not hospitable” comment was more a dig to the process rather than Sinner himself. He did also go far as to question why would Sinner’s physio carry around a prohibited cream.
To tell the truth, Kyrgios initially questioned Sinner's justification. Making it clear that Kyrgios considered him a liar, without even having read the medical report. Afterwards, when Kyrgios realized that he had said something stupid, he then turned to the question of the procedure... saying a second stupid thing.

The Halep comparison has been fully explained. Sinner's team was able to identify their contaminant quickly, Halep's team was not.
of course the doper doesn’t want to respond.. how many of his victories have been assisted. we’ll never know.
But in November 2023: ITIA (citing "mandatory provisional suspension") banned Italian player Stefano Battaglino for 4 years and removed points, earnings. Clostebol found in Sept 2022. Battaglino said physio in Morocco spread it thru massage cream. Jannik same story.. but no suspension. big money riding on Sinner.
