You can find it on ebay. “The Secrets of Mental Math” by Arthur T Benjaman. You could also buy it brand new, from the Great courses. But ebay has many in good condition for much cheaper. Plus it includes more things than this. Like memorizing dates.
Study the root and you will understand the tree. The problem with how most people learn math is they try to memorize the top limbs without knowing how the root works ''which is proper mental calculation. Memorizing is ''okay'' in math but it is far more limited than mentally calculating 95 x 95 = 9025 or a more extreme example 12 x 87 =1044.
