How to replace the passenger/top motor mount on a Mazda 3.

In this video I go through the steps on replacing a very common failure item on earlier Mazda 3 models, the passenger side or top motor mount. If you're doing this yourself, be careful about which motor mount you order! Depending on the model, the motor mounts are different!

What are the torque specs for the nuts and bolts? I have a 2013 skyactiv automatic Transmission and i am finding it hard to find torque specs.
