Colchester Essex has lots of lovely places to visit, very educational, it's the oldest Roman city & has a beautiful castle you can go into with a underground area that actually goes under the city centre. Xxx

if you ever need more carry on space you can bring a pillowcase and put stuff in it (works well for clothes or bedding). a pillow does not count as a carry on or a backpack so you can technically take it as a third carry on. I travelled for a month with a suitcase, backpack, and my bedding in a pillowcase and didn’t need to check anything

I love packing videos! Also that combined glasses & contacts case is such a good idea, I wish I had one on my last vacation, I forgot my glasses at home, lol.
When I was little we lived in the Philippines. At that time fresh milk wasn't available at the commissary. The reconstituted dry milk didn't taste great so my mom mixed in Ovaltine. It was years after we returned to the States that I figure# out why milk with Ovaltine tastes different here...
I had Ovaltine once in the 2000's and it was so good. I would give anything to drink it again. Unless, it's still around!

In all videos like these the suitcase gets packed a day or two in advance but my mum packs our suitcases like a month in advance.

If you want to know some good family stops here is some recommendations:
You have to go on the London Eye
Definitely head to the natural history museum (Griffin will love the dinosaurs)
One of my favs to eat is caramelised almonds
You HAVE to go to the Harry Potter photographic exhibition
Definitely take a drive to Camberley just off Wales it is beautiful with lots of lakes for picnics and loads of chocolate shops
When you go to Cornwall you should head down to brixham it is so beautiful and is a really close community with lots of b and bs

For Paris, you should go eat by the Eiffel Tower and take pictures for memories. In London, you should ride those buses that they have or you should go see the Buchingam Palace.
LOVE THIS!! Definitely going to be getting some of those color coded bags for our vacation next year!! We’re only going 1 state over, but it’s still going to be super helpful!

Any tips on how to help kids sleep sitting up on long haul flights? ( other than a neck pillow) my kids had the hardest time sleeping on our last trip
It's tough in general...we never get that much good rest
