I'm next door in Colorado and seriously considering Lehi. Colorado is just very expensive and I can get twice the square footage for the same price I pay here. How brutal are the winters?
That’s awesome! I actually just shot another video and Lehi today! Lehi is a great place! Lots of dining and shopping options, easily accessible to outdoor recreation and to SLC, lots of jobs…feel free to reach out if you do decide to move out here!
She didn’t answer your question about winters. They are much more mild than East coast winters. This winter was very strange because hardly any snow at all. More rainy days.

Yes I’m aware. I have no idea what the Colorado winters are like I’ve just been told they are dry and mild compared to East coast winters.
Biggest PRO, The Frontrunner. Biggest CON, you can't really walk, bike or take transit easily to get places. 😕
