This is legitimately the most annoying encounter I’ve experienced in all my years of gaming period. I personally think as I’m struggling through it now that it’s so dumb.
Try using the reverse knee legs with the plasma launcher and vertical missile launcher on shoulders. The first blade you get on the left arm and plasma rifle on the right. Vp-44s, cc-2000, ar-012, alula/21 e, fcs-g2/p05, vp-20s. Its fast af, you have 2 launcher ammunition types to keep the pressure on, the melee good impact, once theyre overloaded hit them with a charged plasma shot and boom. This is my quick killer build atm, good for dodgin' bullets and getting in close because of the maneuverability. Low health though, so practice all new builds on that poor test pilot lol.

I hate this fucking mission. Been stuck on it all day. I can't spot those dumb ass stealth mechs with my scanner and can't hit them with anything when they briefly appear. I finally lucked out and managed to kill one of them besides the one who came down and attacked me, but I didn't have any more health or repair kits to fight the last one.
I'm about to delete the game and sell it to someone. Does it get better after this?

This is where FROM is at its worst, when they just make annoying encounters instead of their mostly well designed ones. Nobody can tell me the final part of this mission is well made; you're just fighting the controls, camera and bad enemies the entire time.
You just not use the right loadout, i failed so many time using energy weapon and then i switch to balistic weapon and its chew them like paper

They couldn’t just be invisible, NOPE also had to be extremely hard to reach, AND be given a hard hitting tracking laser. Oh, you figured that out? How about again, but with an Invincible enemy harassing you the whole time. Typical FROM “difficulty”.
Oh and they teleport when you finally reach them 😂
And as a plus, they are also bullet sponges. What a shitty mission
To be fair to From, their boss fights are usually hard but fair.
This one is just a shit sandwich.

Exactly and they run when you do find them. They only shoot when you’re back it turned to them too. This is the worst level ever made in a game

Double bazookas are your best friend here. Bipedal legs with Alula/21 E booster to dodge the snipers easily. Deal with snipers close range with your bazookas. Mission completed.
The annoying part of this mission is only around the last area, where you're fighting 4 but one of them is on your ass as you're dodging the 3 snipers, and you have to deal with them or legitimately deal with the weight and go for the aggressive one first.
Other than that, it was a pretty cool mission

I cant figure out how to get the snipers on the wall to show themselves even with scans 😭
After struggling on this for about 10 goes I found a strategy which worked quite well first time I tried it:
Equip double bazookas and missile launchers. Go with a FCS which focuses on close combat. I used heavy bipedal legs but still wanted to stay nimble. With this in place the strategy is quite simple:
1. Once you’ve been to the point in the middle quickly retreat to one of the back corners so you have a good view of the whole level when the enemies spawn
2. Hopefully you saw one of the snipers locations - if so, fly to that. Bazooka him once nearby to knock him then again to finish him.
3. Do that for the other snipers
4. Once they are down just the one armoured guy in the middle. He’s not that hard alone. I just kept doing damage from the air until he was stunned then put some damage in
I think actually a single bazooka and a melee weapon could work well on this, but it really isn’t that hard - the key thing is positioning and awareness on the map

I struggled with the last bit, but having a shield really helps with the mission when trying to get to the snipers as you buffer the worst of their plasma rounds.
2 months later. Basic build. Scan lock on with missles and slice wirh blade . Finally done..thanks as usual fromsoft
I've been playing this mission for 50 minutes now, still on going. I have one last sniper, but I can't seem to reach them, they can't hit me, and this is so freaking stupid and I refuse to just die to do this whole fight over again, but at this rate he's gonna get me eventually...I hate this fight so much.
This mission is tough
This mission is total shit. There's hard and then there's intentionally designed to be annoying. Talking about the second part where 3 snipers are just out of reach of most weapons and can barely be reached by boosting.

Use the radar at the bottom to locate the snipers & be a bit quick to fly up & shoot them down. They're easy to dodge once they're grounded.

@sagittarius4765 I've legit tried this multiple times right near them and they don't show up. It doesn't help that they also teleport while one is on your ass the whole time and dodging 3 other sniper lasers at the same time

I struggled a lot at first. Here’s what worked for me. Double cannons or grenade launchers. Pick off snipers by hovering up toward where the laser originates, hit it with one arm cannon to stagger and finish them with the other arm. Then focus on the main guy by hovering over its head and raining everything you have down onto them. Don’t face it head on.
Rage quit on this one tonight. Snipers at the end are too much. Can't see them, can't shoot them, can't reach them. BS.
In the beginning I was getting annihilated and realized my unit wasn't well equipped. I went back and replayed the mission "Destroy Tester AC" dozens of times to make quick money. You'll make 50-95K and that mission only takes a couple minutes. After that I completely overhauled my AC. I got Bazooka x2 and Dual Missile Launcher x2. I also upgraded everything else like legs, core, booster, arms, you name it. I emphasized big and strong over speed and quickness. I went back to replay the mission and I beat it on my first go in about 6-minutes.
The game recommends focusing on the snipers instead of the brute in front of you but I disagree. Destroy him since he's in your face and you can actually see him. I spammed all four of my weapons until he was dust. Once his shield goes down he's finished. Keep your distance since his whip has a lot of range. As for the snipers, the key thing it to dodge (square) as soon as you hear the alert sound which is two beeps. Once that second beep sounds to hit square and they will miss. I stuck to the ground until is saw where the lasers were coming from and then just beelined it and again spammed my weapons. Rinse and repeat.
I don't have enough lift so I can never actually reach the enemies. Is there more of this cause I don't know if I'm in the mood for more of this bs.
Took about an hour. I finally survived with 528 AP left. Give me break. Will stealth/ cloak ever be available to us? No. That was NOT cool!
This mission made me uninstall the game. Im fine with the invisible enemies but the last part, f@#k that!

Something felt wrong when i did this mission for the first time last night. Trying again tonight but decided to watch a vid first. Suspicions confirmed. 😓
I ended up beating this with Dual Plasma Rifles, Reverse Joint Legs, extra boost, 1 Vertical missile launcher and 1 dual missile launcher. Did not expect this fight to test me like that.
I just built a tank and brute forced it. 😊
This mission design in the last area is awful. Edit: finally beat it. Charge down the snipers, knock them off the wall and give ‘em hell. The main mech has a ton of health so just dodge and whittle it down. Good luck.

Heading into this game as a “rush” don’t “stand still” gameplay this mission was frustrating because I have to see where the shots are coming from aswell as not getting shot or whipped💀 I got through the first part with style but the part where you go down is fucking me hard
Update: after watching this video I beat it no death, my heart rate may have cost me 10 years but it was worth it

Yep 100%. In Elden ring you could over level to a degree and call in support when you’re stuck. This is way harder, this mission is just crap though not only hard
I found elden ring harder than this, I have been playing mech games for years, played all the armoured core games, lots of gundam games, Daemon X machina and many more.
In mech games I find the movement systems are very similar so I was familiar with this style of game play.
I do struggle with the souls type games but I am really comfortable and familiar with the way this game operates. I found this mission easier with the quad legs using the hovering to reach the snipers and then take out the guy on the ground on the last part.
@@TheEARLD have you got to Sulla / Balteus yet? Because this seems literally like a trivial warmup compared to them. It’s just a brick wall for me right now

It's basically get stuck because scans don't work and you can't reach them. Rage quit and buy the helmet that extends Scan Range.
