To be honest, I don't really know why they added a deflection band. If it didn't have one, it would be much louder, and it would kinda give onlookers a chance to see how it works(seeing the chopper, how many ports it is), if they can see through the birdscreen. Though, it would be less prone for bird nests, that's just my personal opinion.
Would be cool if you can hear the Rolling Siren Test going from town to town and the ambience getting closer then finally this siren activates
Lucky, you actually got swa
There's also an SD-10 in Lewiston MN right by the high school
That thing looks fairly new
It's possible it was restored at one time, hence the new Federal Signal (FS) Logo sticker on it.
It's been a LONG while since I've seen an SD-10 posted recently
Gotta love SD-10’s!
YEP
THANKS!
@@fs_sd-10you aren't a siren

Fast wind up, she runs like a dream!
2:04 Ahh yes. The leaning tower of Eiffel SD-10 time delay with your daily dose of Minnesotan road rage. Classic.
Is it me, or is that siren out of plumb?
I'm gonna assume they activate in alphabetical order
I’m pretty sure they do
