Join Young America’s Foundation in welcoming Governor George Allen as the new chairman of the Reagan Ranch Board of Governors. Governor Allen served as a member of the Reagan Ranch Board of Governors since 2007 and provided important insights and counsel for the Reagan Ranch project for nearly 2 decades.
Governor Allen will provide an engaging talk based on his “Commonsense Jeffersonian Conservative” values that guided him as he served the Commonwealth of Virginia for more than 20 years as governor, in both bodies of the United States Congress, and as a delegate holding Thomas Jefferson’s seat in the Virginia General Assembly. Sworn in as governor in 1994, George Allen brought sweeping reform that made Virginia a national model in economic development, public safety, education accountability, and creative government. Elected to the United States Senate in 2000, George Allen continued to advocate policies to make America and Virginia a leader in innovation and technology.
