EUBAM Libya Working with Libyan Custom Officers on effective Risk Assessment

EUBAM Libya’s experts conducted a 5-day training for 14 officers of the Libyan Customs Authority (LCA) on effective Risk Assessment. The training focused on methodologies for accurate identification of risks and threat assessment in order to minimize their impact through a proper targeting of the shipments. This training will enhance the LCA efficiency in identifying risks for security during border controls on trade and passenger flows.
