Your skin is seriously perfection! I held out on Charlotte Tilbury for soooo long, but once I started purchasing her products I haven't been able to stop! I love her line... some products more than others but generally I find I like most.
I don’t understand why anyone would be disappointed with you. This is your job- to review cosmetics. High end cosmetics. This isn’t personal and your professional opinion is valuable. Your personal opinion has nothing to do with why you review it. If the brand has a crappy shade range- it’s the brands fault- not yours for purchasing and reviewing. If anyone feels that strongly about CT’s shade range they’re free to click off your video. I don’t care for Charlotte Tilbury myself but I’m not disappointed in you at all for reviewing her cosmetics. Rant over. Sorry. You’re the best Alicia 💜💜💜
I'm glad you caved because I bought the palette and blush and I absolutely love them. I only bought the palette after I got the blush, 2 lipsticks and lip liner and fell in love with them. The eyeliner is actually amazing as well. Being of a darker skin tone (around NC44) I have always side eyed Charlotte for not having blush or bronzer that looks good on me and I hated that I couldn't get in on the Pillow Talk. In a perfect world brands would automatically come out with shades for all skin tones, but I give Charlotte credit for putting together this extension that seems thought out and the promo of it has been just as important (I feel) as the initial PT rollout. Here's hoping she comes out with more bronzer and blush shades. She's listening which is still more than some brands can say.
This is an interesting perspective. A few comments up, I got push back for reviewing these products. Mainly because CT is not inclusive, and if I keep supporting brands like these than I’m not helping the cause. But you feel that the pillow talk extension was a positive change. I thought as well, but apparently not 🥴

Hahaha I remember you declaring you weren’t to going to buy this eye palette! I’m so glad you caved because I honestly love it and have really been enjoying it. I reach for it almost every day for work. I bought the lighter Pillow Talk blush because I felt the intense one was pretty close to her Climax shade blush, which I have and have been using the last couple years as my ‘winter’ blush. The color of the PT intense is stunning on you. Thanks for the review! 😍

Ahh yess. Loving another close-up tutorial/review. It’s so helpful to see all the tiny details with application. CT just does nothing for me though lol 😕. No excitement, no anticipation, nothin lol. I swatched a few of her palettes in Sephora and was so underwhelmed.

I was totally waiting for your review 😀. I had the intense blush already and I absolutely love it. I am a deeper complexion than you are and it still looks good on me. I ordered the palette yesterday and curious as to how it will look in me. It will be my first CT palette.
Wow, that blush looks amazing on you--so natural. I actually thought it could be a bronzer too for people who like a more terracotta type under tone to their bronzer vs an orangey-tan. I can't wait to see how this eye palette performs. It's caught my attention.
After watching the entire video: Personally, I think of the CT palette as a warm nude palette ( the pinks are all warm) The Viseart is definitely a muted cool palette & the ND is a more vivid cool palette. They are all lovely palettes of good quality, it just depends on what your needs, what you like, already have, budget, etc as to which one you'd purchase (if any) It was nice to see CT amping the color a bit & having more depth in this palette although those 2 pink shimmers looking identical was a disappointment at this price point. I think if those last 3 shades had been more clearly Light-Medium-Dark or differentiated in some way like warmer to cooler, this might be the CT eyeshadow that tempted me to part with my cash because I love the basic color story.

Oh boyyyyy! That dark Pillow Talk blush looks like it was meant for me...i have pale skin but I adore dark - more mauve/plum toned blushes, no pinks or peachies for me. I look forward to swatching this one! I'm also curious about the Patrick Ta blushes too......So great to hear your comparisons of all CT's big palettes...i have Stars in Your Eyes and love the colors...i wish there were more matte shades though...but one day...
What a coincidence that you review this palette and mine arrives tomorrow!! 💃💃 Cult Beauty had a 20% off sale that included CT, so I purchased the PT 12-pan palette, the Celestial Palette of Pops, and the Stoned Rose Instant Look In a Palette. Can hardly contain my excitement for them to arrive! All 'looks' suit you beautifully, Alicia! I'd love to see you create a look or two using shades across the palette. I was particularly interested in this palette for the mattes. I prefer CT eyeshadows; there's just something about the formula that is so flattering on maturing eyes. I purchased the PT Cheek to Chic in Intense. On my light skin, it has an orange undertone and a medium tone. I was hoping it would be more intense (more like what it looks like in the pan), like Tom Ford's Savage. The PT blushes are Swish and Glow, blush and highlighter, which makes them especially glowy when combined together. I've had to incorporate a 'pop' shade outside the palette when I've wanted that extra color boost. Your application methods both looked lovely and the shades suit you beautifully! I put all my no you shouldn’t buy this little $75 palette thoughts aside & bought it lol I got it in a few days ago and haven’t had a chance to play with it yet lol or even swatch it lol but I’m playing with it tomorrow for sure I loved every look you did beautiful! I think this will be a wonderful everyday palette I’ll use it as shows for lovely everyday looks! I’m happy I have it! 💕🤩🥰

I have all 3 of those palettes and while completely different from each other I love them all. Every look I’ve done with the love palette packs a punch and is very intense, which I like a lot. I really do enjoy the pillow talk palette. When I’m in a hurry I reach for it every time. It’s so easy to use and I can quickly throw a pretty look together. My boyfriend much prefers it when I use pillow talk as well. He hates it when I do high shine in your face looks because “it doesn’t look natural.” Whatever lol he doesn’t understand. The Viseart palette is just gorgeous and I can get both intense and more muted looks out of it.
Love all of your reviews. I think CT has some of the best mattes, period. Love her blushes, & her finishing powder is the best. I have the Star in her Eyes palette, (love), so I’ll be skipping this palette. Love the looks you came up with , but I have ND Sunrise, with those pinky, peachy tones. I’m definitely picking up her intense pillow talk blush. Would make a nice bronzy blush for summer.

You’re making me rethink this shadow palette. I’m maybe shade darker than you and felt I couldn’t use her blushes cuz they seem really light. I was so happy when she released Pillow Talk intense - I love it! Better late than never, I guess.
I always wonder: is it ok to accept the fact that she made deeper shades, or reject them because they were after the fact. It’s like if we reject them, then we don’t want deeper shades? Or can we only accept them if they were released with all shades initially? It’s a complicated convo, but I feel there needs to be more discourse around it.
I totally agree! I feel like it’s an afterthought since Pillow Talk has been around for a minute. I’m glad a deeper shade is an option but come on girl - take your time to fully develop a collection that includes all of us!
I swatched the eye-shadow palette in store and the metallics were so opaque and smooth. I'm holding out for the Mothership Divine Rose re-release, before I pick up another pink palette.But, this one has definitely caught my eye.
Cindy Brat I don’t want the CT, but I too am on the ‘notify list’ and holding out for the Divine Rose Why buy anything other than Pat or Viseart IMHO? The two brands keep me totally covered as a non-UA-cam Influencer/regular person- With Alicia’s assistance, I find that I can create more than enough looks to get me through my life! That’s not to say I don’t watch ALL OF HER VIDS with baited breath! She’s just that good- a freaking artist!! Love 💗 that woman. Mad skills! 🌻
This palette def won’t work for me, but that’s okay. Everything is not for everybody. 😂 The blush/bronzer howeverrrrrr will lend a nice glow to my cheeks. I’ll save my 💰 for Pat. Looks good on you though, Allliiiciiiiiaaaa!! 😍 Thanks for the review.💕

Ellie Dewyn I’m saving up for that set too- and hoping it stays in stock long enough! lol. Alicia turned me on to Sonia G & I’m so grateful. (I did already have a set of rephr & am madly in ❤️ w/ them too!) Have only 1 Wayne G & hope to eventually get a set of his too. It’s a process-a money process for me anyway 🤣🤣 In the meantime, Beautylish carries UNIT brushes; their eye-set brushes are only $30. & for synthetic brushes, are amazing!! They’re getting a lot of attention too. You may want to give a try. They’re so well-shaped. I bought 1 set & then 2 extras of my fav. I use them on regular days & save my Sonia’s & reohr’s for special occasions as I know I can’t easily replace them when they’ve had it. Maybe crazy, but I ❤️ them that much- & the UNITS are really quite nice. Also, believe it or not, Juvia’s Place makes a nice set of eye brushes too for $30. Also synthetic- but fine & heartily made. You should definitely check out the NARS afterglow palette. It's what I wanted ND love palette to be and has more variety of looks than the CT pillow talk instant look palette. Also, the quality is excellent!!! It's amazing for travelling as well, compact and beautiful.
