@M.a.n.k.o yeah manaphy stops obsidian, but the crashing headbutt by itself is a decent attack and milling 3 cards a turn more often than not runs a lot of strategies out of resources quickly. Obsidian is more of a "if you can, do" kind of attack. On rotation, more Obsidian focused build might be better because dark patch and manaphy both rotate out, so Crispin is something I've been playing around with to turbo it out.
@@mon3ycatt652 I guess that depends! If you want to build a deck, I would recommend buying singles! Nonetheless, if you enjoy the grind, go ahead and start ripping packs ;)
Hey Zach, just wondering if anyone has an opinion on archaludon Ex? I’m not sure if I should play it at Birmingham regionals so I would love a second opinion from somebody ❤
I do wonder if budew will really make drago fall off 🤔 I know it didn’t do well at the champions league but Japan metas almost never correlate to ours. I’ll probably still stick with the deck until rotation since there’s not much time left anyway and then jump to Hop or something in April!
Do you have any deck recommendations for people new to the TCG? I've been collecting the cards for a while, but now I'm trying to get into the tcg itself, so I don't have much experience with the game.
Spoiler Alert!

Crossing my fingers for someone to figure out how to turn Hydreigon into meta.
The lists utilizing dark patch, and mainly focusing on the mill from crashing headbutt are very nice. Obsidian is still very possible and I've been having a lot of success in ranked PTCGL with it. Over 60% at least
as long as Manaphy is in the format, Hydreigon ain't gonna be *that* scary, especially considering it takes 4 whole energies to do it's attack
@@M.a.n.k.oThe Tera gimmick of not being able to take damage on the bench is also a big weakness for the second attack
I have a good hydreigon deck, if u want the list
For someone just getting into this hobby with my kids, this is great! Thanks so much!
Exactly what I'm doing with my two boy (7 and 3). They love it and so do i
@@truly_I_saydo you guys buy them individually or from a website, im sorry if this is a dumb question just trying to get into this.
@@mon3ycatt652 I feel like it's good trying to find a card store near to you that sells playable cards
@@mon3ycatt652 I guess that depends! If you want to build a deck, I would recommend buying singles! Nonetheless, if you enjoy the grind, go ahead and start ripping packs ;)
Awesome to hear you're getting into it!
I really enjoy how wide the meta is, and so many of these decks are fun to play!

Thank you for all your videos
thanks for watching them all
What is the reason raging bolt runs bravery charm instead of ancient booster energy?
so you’ll have flexibility using the tool with any of your pokemon. ancient capsule’s use is only limited to ancient pokemon ie. raging bolt
usable on everything

Happy new year to all of you guys !!
Happy New Year!
Hey Zach, what's up, happy holidays. I'm the first to the video or whatever.
suuuup! Happy New Year, and thanks for watching!
Lugia and dragapult have brought me really far, lugia might be gone but dragapult is still playable after the rotation

Hey Zach, just wondering if anyone has an opinion on archaludon Ex? I’m not sure if I should play it at Birmingham regionals so I would love a second opinion from somebody ❤
Its in the top 10 this week :D
I do wonder if budew will really make drago fall off 🤔 I know it didn’t do well at the champions league but Japan metas almost never correlate to ours. I’ll probably still stick with the deck until rotation since there’s not much time left anyway and then jump to Hop or something in April!
I'm still wondering this too!
Do you have any deck recommendations for people new to the TCG? I've been collecting the cards for a while, but now I'm trying to get into the tcg itself, so I don't have much experience with the game.
Zard w/ the league battle deck
Ancient Box lowkey is nuts. Raging Bolt is getting better the more Regidrago is being played

Eii, adiciona a nova ferramenta do UA-cam de dublagem automática para que eu possa acompanhar seus vídeos em Português, vai ajudar muito. Valeu!

People underestimate gold and Pidgeo

Charzard is the bane of my current meta… ugh I hate it
Accelerate energy. Tanky. And it's a finisher. Brutal all around. Would be fine with it being a 3 prizer
Regidrago does well against Zard
