If it weren't for the fact that Batman was played for a fool I would agree with you, but I can't get past that to be really high on this movie. Justice League is so much better and not just because they had the other team members and a much better villain (this Luther sucked), but they got the Batman character right this time.

It's the other way around. They got Batman right in BvS and messed him up in JL. But I know whose to blame at that... (Coughs WHEDON).

You can see how alive the cast is while filming this... especialy Ben... you can really feel that he is really into this movie... too bad Zack didnt finish the version of his own JL... but I'm excited to see the upcoming Snyder cut...

I still get Goosebumps whenever I see Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill standing together on set, in costume. It's feelings like that that make me appreciate Snyder's take on DC over others. With Man of Steel and Batman Vs. Superman, Snyder made the scenes where the big characters meet each other have a sense of impact, something which Joss Whedon didn't understand. The theatrical cut of Justice League missed the true scale of the characters coming together.

People were expecting a movie,they got something else,much more deep and complex.You can't understand the movie with one viewing everytime you watch it it makes more sense(which is why most people hate it).

Most people hate it? Bro, actually just RT and New York times critics hate it, actually Google Movies say that around 80% of the fans liked the movie.
In IMDb most of fans gave the movie a 7 or 8, and I can continue a whole list of critics that liked the movie (Specially the Ultimate Cut) like Collider, The Guardian, Cineclick, Omelete, Ovicio, etc.
@@majd4868 That's what you do, disliked a movie because didn't filled your particular preferences and came here to be talking shit without the capability of watching the scenes with attention and connecting it, specially in the Ultimate Version, that you basically has to watch the fucking scenes cautiously to subjectively understand, since the movie has not a VILLAIN SPEECH explaining everything, or else the movie would be a mix or MCU and Anime.
i love watching behind the scenes of movies, damn henry cavill is buff in that suit, his arms and biceps are enormous

Andrew Brindley You clearly misunderstood the film then. It's art. It's subjective. It has many layers and meanings that require multiple viewings to notice, and even then you may not understand them once you see them. Just like a piece of art.
I liked this movie, but it does have a few problems, but I believe the only way to watch the movie is by the extended cut of the film.

I personally enjoyed the movie, and the more times I watch it, the more I like it. The Batman rescuing Martha scene was a masterpiece.
Extended version made more sense and was much, much better. Was only cut down so theaters could have more showings throughout the day. Still hate the filters that mute the colors of the film.
But that's the idea, look for the Dark Knight Returns, for example, everything had a dark blue filter in the comics to make the scenes cold and dark.
Ben smacking Henry in the head with the fake sink was just so amazing to me for whatever reason 😂

I want to write that my name is Josh Tate and i want to write that i loved Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice. i also want to write that the year 2024 is not only the 35th anniversary of Tim Burton's 1989 Batman film but will also be Batman's 85th anniversary year too.

personally, the only details that I would remove / change about this movie are:
1.- the Martha thing / Instead would've make them join forces to save Lois, showing Batman that Superman actually cares about humanity (and cos she's the key, like Flash says)
2.- that excuse of a Doomsday / Just keep Lex jr as the main baddie, perhaps having him making a super suit stronger than Batman's, cos that Lex + Zod DNA = Doomsday makes no fckn sense
3.- Wonder Woman / yeah, she was great and all, but would've been more intriguing just to have Diana as a cameo when Bruce is at Lex's mansion (just like it happens in the movie, but no WW in the final fight)
4.- Superman "dying" / Are you seriously killing Sups in the second movie, with no JL around to go his epic funeral, just to bring him back in the next one? lol
Apart from that I think this movie has great moments, although is hard to ignore how they were rushing this Universe to compete with the MCU, when that wasn't even necessary.
If this Universe was treated with real focus on telling a coherent story instead of trying to catch up with what others started like 8 years prior, probably we would've seen Sups smile more in Man of Steel 2 and, most importantly, we would've got that brutal Batfleck movie fighting Deathstroke revealing more details of his past.
Damn you, WB, Damn you.
