Dear god, ARose just standing there. Watching his teammates getting killed by his lane and just ignoring Blue's tanks passing by... as if its not his problem at all
really good game here. shame about left side crumbling. but for once no complaints about drongo playing frontline and acting like a backline. did everything right this game just a shame the opponents team did better. he kept making units all game, didnt reclaim his lab seconds after losing all his units etc. really good early game and transition into midgame play. kept pressure on and kept a large presence on the battlefield. im amazed it lasted as long as it did with how timid and passive the allied frontliners were next to him. keeping the front together while he was in 3 separate lanes, was a major carry for that team even if they still ultimately lost.
One of the unfortunate things about being really good at a game and sharing your knowledge with everyone via commentated recordings is that people learn how to play better and suddenly everything gets a lot harder for you.
People like to blame slow backline but I think even more so of a problem was the other front lines. He was holding a ton of the middle but he couldn't be everywhere at once and his sides were struggling. The enemy greed players greeded well and ultimately his team was way down on eco because the back left and back right weren't even really greeding as much as trying to stay alive.
@@armed_but_blind2768I mean the winning team eco'd harder. I agree that on these maps supporting the Frontline is important. But everyone besides him could not keep up the Frontline, and the simultaneously had far less economy than the enemy backline. I don't think the issue is "greed" the issue is they didn't do anything effectively. And the enemy out greeded and our front lined both at same time which just means his teammates sucked.
Great game! Idk if you look at these comments, but I noticed you like to deathball your big units a lot. You had almost 30 Mauzer, and kept them bunched up together so they were constantly ping-ponging between the two sides of the map. If you split them 20-10 or 15-15, then I think you could have plugged a lot more of the area quite efficiently. With faster LoS units up front, the smaller spam could have been kept at bay more efficiently, since most of the damage after the pause was just some smaller units sneaking by.
From what I know of sc2 the game records imputs for the game state, should your game crash the server will make you go through all previous actions in game to get back to current time, this makes reloading very long. I'm guessing bar does something similar. Factorio uses the same system, but unlike sc2 they take game state snapshots so reloading into the game is much faster especially since factorio games can last 20+ hours.
Wow Drongo, the last few games seem to have been really tough but I feel like you're playing even better than before. Still enjoy watching these and seeing you trying to carry.
T2 med assault and missle tank push. Assault give vision. Missles deliver the hammer. Armada would be jaguar and starlights. Work more on combined arms. Not mono armies. Think horse and crossbow in AOE4. Tick spam countered by jaguar or flames. Popup lightning turrets
I think you need to communicate and guide your team more. Thats what i see all successfull 30+ players do. They give good and positive feedback on how to improve to all the other players. Make sure it doesnt come off toxic tho!
28:48 thats not correct, in league the game needs to catch up and load in too, it happens during your loading screen, thats why its long when you are reconnecting too, you already have the textures loaded but need to catch up too
"Whistlers are actually insane." Oh oh... That made me remember the trauma the Samson hordes and Missile Tower Forests inflicted during the OTA days. So glad I was able to find refuge in BAR. Or have I? 😮
Watching the developers during the world 3v3 championship and the other commenters still saying "nah whistles are bad" tickles me.... People still use them all over for a reason. Also Drongo: Humm... my entire back west side is getting demolished... I should just ignore that, keep taking everyone's metals and pushing my lane hahah >_

This definitely wasnt his fault, the backline took to long to join the fight. Probably drongo syndrome 😂
Yea, that is why i like to see Drongo playing front line. Maybe increases the understanding of their struggle.

@@ChaseAnderson5k should only really be 1 eco 1 air on the backline everyone else is frontline

Our backline was doing fine. We were front lining because the canyon fell so quickly.
I'm a simple man, I see a Drongo BAR video, I watch and comment
you did indeed comment, your words are true, and your actions.......are actions🧙♂
just found your channel as i'm a new BAR player. Love your content & hope to see you post some more.
Even if you struggled in parts of this being main carry, I enjoyed the watch, please never stop playing, unless its somehow unplayable then fair-do

I guess it shows my age that I think it's wild you can load back into a LIVE game.
I'm an old TA player. I'm loving this game!

13:58 What did he do here? He told something to build in an area?
he used the area mex command. Double tap z to get in area mex mode.

Should invest in a few Janus also early game. The aoe can take out a sizeable chunk of clumped up units
32:46 fastest no
That's like burst fire no's

oh snap of course u play BAR as well. Love this game too.
How to queue buildings
Shift click when placing them
@trogdortamer48 how to build something without interrupting the queue
@@mhmdabd192 Also hold shift! If you just click, it interrupts the current queue.
Why no attempt to go into bulls? Bread and butter of t2 veh. And you had the metal for it
Should not have quit... we had a chance to win!
When are you doing a viewer game?
Im curious to see this! I like ma missile trucks!
Was a good game, tough one to lose.

So glad I was able to find refuge in BAR. Or have I? 😮
I love how youtube thought it was a Total Annihilation game xD
Anyone know why he doesn’t play BAR anymore?
Play in the higher TS lobbies but for better games on avg but might not be as good for making content
The past few vids you haven't build an e storage early and it's really bitten you
Ok this was really not your fault, have to admit it.
left fell so quick.. it was insane, i never had support on the right so i fell too but that game was entirely on the left
