Dang! I got a several of the Sam Vincent's (Jordan 12 jersey) and Mark Jackson's (Menendez Bros.) cards from that series, plus almost all-stars minus MJ. I got em all protected, I might have to check for any 10's. Thanks for the Video!
Everything was just Soooo mass produced in the 90s. I have 50 of both the base Jordan & All Star Jordan in the plastic hard cases that hold 50 cards along with 20 - 50 of every Jordan, Pippen, Barkley ect. ect. You name em from 88 through the 90's Hoops, Skybox, Fleer , Upper Deck, Topps , Topps Stadium Club , Topps Gold, you name it .... been 30yrs , I should stop by the storage unit & check em out
They went all around the stadium in Orlando looking for a red 23 Jordan shirt and couldn't find one. Imigine having one loaning to Jordan and getting it back autographed. Be worth a million.
You have the NBA hoops breaks, but you never talk about the David Robinson redemption where you bought all-rookie card, that had his stats. I own quite a few of them. In fact, just as I focused on collecting Micheal Jordan just as my desire to collect players like David Robinson, I just set aside collecting players, who I watched, that sent chills up your spine they exhibited
I've got both 1990 Hoops Series 1 and Series 2, but only want to open one. Since there's a lot of MJ cards worth over $200 PSA 10 in this boxes. Also, Mark Johnson and Sam Vincent card worth a lot. Will both series contain all Jordan cards?
@@Trading_cards_and_more thanks for the quick response, if I send some photos of a few cards I have from the centering could just give me a quick estimate if it could get a PSA 9 or PSA 10 since you're experienced
@@Trading_cards_and_more on eBay there seems to be a Michael Jordan superstar card which is the same as the grey one but it has a little bit of different colour on it which is worth like $1000 PSA 10
You know, I've been collecting cards since 1988.ive cards in so many places, so I'll need time to find the cards that are offered through redemption, in NBA hoops during Robinson's rookie season. Are you familiar with the cards I'm talking about? Also, if you've been watching box break s you're not guaranteed to submit card's that will gets grade of 10. So, I'd recommend you look at your cards, and seek someone who has the expertise to increase the chances of getting the 10's you seek. Good luck!
Hey yo cool break...do you know if Hoops corrected the Sam Vincent...I've seen the same card with a different photo of Vincent...and that Cut off Donaldson is the ultimate error card you got there pretty cool.
The Gary Payton rookie card is in series 2. It is a Lottery pick card, where he has his hat on and talking on the phone like he is being drafted on the spot. It is a really nice card. I have a couple in my personal collection.
16:35 “That guy” is Hall of Famer Sarunas Marciulionis. Shuh Roo’ Nuss Marsh Uh Low’ Nuss. He was a great European player and then came over to the NBA and had a couple of seasons where he averaged over 17ppg. In the Hall for his overall basketball accomplishments rather than what he did in the NBA.
I'm watching your 3 box break of the baseball Topps collection. However, I'm not too impressed with how much money they cost, because I feel like cards I got from box breaks from products like: heroes of baseball, panini prism, 2018 Topps Chrome, 2018 chronicles, 2019 Topps chrome and the like gave me cards that made me happy with my purchases, because I got pulls of player's with autos/swatches, pieces of bat or just a diverse presentation of rookie cards, that will always have their place in the annuals of baseball history. In fact, unless many of these current players have some kind of fall from grace, I'm wagering that they will someday be in the baseball Hall of Fame: Guerrero, ohtani, bogarts, Franco, biggio, Alonso, and more. Now that so many sports cards are priced out of range of many small-scale collector's, if we play our cards right (no pun intended), we can use some as leverage to get new product.what do you think?
@@Trading_cards_and_more lol i know i literally just watched that video but I watched it after i made that comment. Now them boxes are crazy expensive i was just saying how that is my all time favorite jordan card and possibly set/year. As crazy as that sounds lol

Love it, long video! Was in a meeting when the live notification came up (hating online meetings except I can be mostly in pajamas lol). Not sure why some all stars you pull and others not but if it's hall of famers, Kevin McHale and Dennis Johnson are also HOF (I've seen you go past a couple McHale all stars and a Johnson or 2 but not sure if they were all stars). Zero idea what their cards might be worth though. I like these cards. The names are big and easy to read. That Menendez brothers card is very creepy. Especially when you realize they had pretty much just killed their parents (and would go on to claim past abuse etc...I think prosecutors might have used the fact they were seen at this game (front row means loads on live TV shots) to show they were not as traumatized as they said. Cold-blooded stuff, that. Then a couple years later, OJs stuff came along and everyone pretty much forgot the Menendez brothers.

I have 1 of these still unopened just like yours in the video I wonder if I have anything worthy inside 🤔
Hakeem spelled his name Akeem when he came to the US but in the middle of his career he went back to the original spelling.
Thank you for that clarification. I was pulling him with both names and for a sec was thoroughly confused lol

I heard it was corrected I haven't looked into it.
They didn’t correct that specific pictured card of Vincent and Jordan, they just used a completely different photo of Vincent without Jordan.
none of that is correct his 23 Jersey was stolen from the locker room
