I've pulled so many Gardevoir exs that it feels like it has been in almost every set in S/V 😳🤣 But it is actually in 2-4 sets, that exact Gardevoir. Lol. It's in Paldean Fates because it is a "special" or "holiday" set, which most of the cards are taken from previous sets in that era. Hope that helps a little! 😊
