Olivia, this was purely a surprise treat for everyone who was in the arena awhile before the scheduled show. Bruce came out and played for about half an hour to thank his dedicated fans at the end of the tour. After he played the acoustic set he did a walkabout along the barrier spending time with front row fans. No extra charge or VIP tickets - just Bruce being Bruce! (I did hear about a few fans being invited backstage to meet him before some shows, but that was a different thing altogether.)
I was there, four or five rows back. It was magical. Unreal. Intimate. In a fucking STADIUM (mind you, there were only around five thousand in there at that stage). And when he ran the rail shaking hands and saying "Hi, good to see you made it, and the kids, great! Remember the rain in Copenhagen?? Jeez!" ...you could hear a pin drop. No screaming, no made rush. Just respect both ways. One for the ages.
Thank you! I did my best although I have shaky hands - it's a regular camera, a Panasonic Lumix model. Quite pleased with the results from this summer's Bruce shows :-)
Thanks! I believe is not the model you mentioned tho since the one he's playing is non cutaway and has different binding, also it seems to ba more of an OM body or even smaller... i'm really curious to find out which model it is
