Had to look up your product page for a whole-bike shot, but WOW THAT'S SUCH AN IMPROVEMENT OVER STOCK. Completely changes the look of the Triumph. Almost enough for me to want one, lol.
I just installed this on a '14' street. It looks great and it was super easy. Side benefit- removing the stock headlight uncovered much more of the intake, this make ps the intake howl even louder. Sounds better too!
Greta video, very clear. But it's absolutely beyond me why any would want to do this! I have a 2016 Speed Triple and the twin lights are crucial to the look of the bike IMO. Entirely subjective of course and this video does a great job explaining to make the conversion for those who want to.
It does lay more flat but it is still at the same angle as the Triple clamp. In direct sun conditions, the LCD portion and be a little harder to see but the analog tach is still fully visible.
+Matt W we have Triumph dealerships selling and installing our conversions. Because its plug an play and no cutting or splicing is involved, you are good.
Hey I just placed my order for the Headlight Low Kit w/ LED buld and clip ons. Y'all should really do in Install vid on how to swap the controls over to the clip ons. I'll try and put on up also on how to install everything.
twistedtriple We'll see what we can do, its fairly straight forward once you take it apart. On the stock bars you just remove the allens holding the end caps on, use compressed air to remove clutch side grip, and everything else slides off after removing the allens or phillips screws.
Jeffrey Man most likely not, soldering iron is best because you have more control. It almost just comes down to how much loctite the person putting your bike together applied. On 1 install, I had 2 that had WAY too much and the other 2 had none, luck of the draw I guess.
Okay, so how do you make sure the headlight maintains its position if you're only supposed to tighten the bolts until the light "remains adjustable by hand"? Seems like riding and vibration would eventually throw the elevation/pitch of the headlight off.
I picked up the LED Evo2 and low conversion kit for my 2012 some time back. Is the Pass feature supposed to function? I just figured it wasn't cause mine doesn't :/.
The headlight should function same as your stock, as far as hi/low is concerned. We've done installs on '07, '09, '12, '13, '14, and '15 Street Triples and they all functioned correctly. Shoot us an email and we can help sort it out.
I am hugely impressed with the kit but like others prefer the aero light from Harley. I see the listed wiring harness part number on your site too....is that plug and play with the Triumph harness? if it is I will be ordering that light and your killer little kit.
We really like the Aero as well! Harley makes it nearly impossible to buy the lights in bulk or more than one within a certain amount of time. It its not directly plug and play but you could easily cut the connector off of your stock headlights and splice in the 4 wires (ground, running light, low, high).
+MOTODEMIC Was really hoping not to splice due to warranty, but...it is sure sexy. Does the aero fit with the cluster in stock position, or does it need the full kit? I like the idea of two bulbs but your roundy is nice too. Is your round light able to use a hi/lo all in one bulb? Thanks for the quick response man, I am 99.99% sold on the kit and your service is obviously top notch too.
Warranty is unaffected! You are only splicing the sub-harness from your stock lights, not touching the main harness. The Aero only works with the Bar Mount conversion due to clearance. The stock headlight mount holds the cluster in place so you have to have a new mount for it. The round headlight has the same H4 bulb as each of your stock headlights, high/low are in the same bulb, and functions same.
+MOTODEMIC Okay last question...does the regular 7 inch metric housing with the Cyclops LED bulb fit okay with the low profile gauge pack mount? Just concerned with fan pack on the back with it rubbing and cooking something it shouldn't. If it's good then I have my kit picked. It's all going into my '16 Street R. Thanks again for the guidance and help!
We just can't get the Aero headlight in bulk. You can still buy the conversion and get the headlight yourself. All of the information is listed on the product page - motodemic.com/shop/aero-headlight/
David Chattaway technically the Speed Triple Conversion we have works. The only part that is different is the wiring connector on your stock lights. We’ve had multiple customers wire this themselves. We’re spring the connector for the new lights now.
jim sbarglia we offer a few different headlight options that can come pre-wired, including the Adaptive. motodemic.com/shop/street-triple-single-headlight-conversion/
It doesn't go very far so you can easily grab it by using a telescoping magnet like this one - www.amazon.com/Master-Magnetics-Telescoping-Magnetic-Retrieving/dp/B07PXDDH5L
Please, Please, Please make one! I just bought a 2018 (haven't even picked it up yet) and I'm about to buy the kit. I was thinking about having the cluster bracket custom made to match the new TFT but if you guys would make it..... MOTODEMIC I volunteer my bike to be the test subject. My buddy does product reviews on UA-cam and we'd love to be the first to have your kit on the 765.
Thank you for making these easy to install products you give my favorite bike the street triple the look that I wish it had factory keep you the good work. Also can you please make a headlight similar to the cb1000r ?
Thank you for the kind words! The cb1000r light looks pretty cool but the performance is quite lacking. Check out our new Evo S LED, modern styling with big performance.
Check your laws in Germany. Will work on RX. We have shipped to Germany multiple times without issue. Just head to motodemic.com for a shipping estimate.
Any of your customers ever pull this off on a Daytona 675? Just from staring at my 'tona the only issue I see at a glance is mounting the instrument cluster someplace since the top of the triple tree differs from Daytona to Street Triple, so the Motodemic bracket wouldn't be a direct fit.
That is correct. The Daytona does not have the riser holes that we utilize for mounting the gauge bracket. We have seen many Daytona owners use our kits and make the brackets work, probably drilled and tapped their own holes in the bottom of the triple clamp.
Hello, I have a question regarding the parts included. My Single LED Headlight Conversion Kit for my 2016 street triple r just arrived. There were no rubber spacers included in my package. Are the rubber spacers not required? Also the nylon washers I received (4 in total) are 2 different sizes (2 big ones, 2 little ones). Do the larger nylon spacers replace the need for the rubber spacers? Thanks in advance.
We've slightly updated the kit. You get 2 nylon washers that go on the outside of the side brackets and 2 hard rubber bushings that go between the side bracket and headlight housing.
I have a base-model 2014 Striple and can’t wait to do this conversion. I still love the alien-eyes lights, but I feel the single looks better.

Awesome product. Will definitely be installing one of these once I pick up a Street in the coming months.

Could you pur the cluster back on again after the install? Is it possible?
Very helpful , Can you do the same conversion for the 2017 Street Triple S ? it will be more helpful.
Awesome. Looks much better. Waiting for spring to buy my first a moto street triple r. Gonna install this lamp for sure. Thx dude!
Do I get to keep my Daylight Running Lights or does this mod negate that safety feature? Thank you in advance for your answer.
This is an awesome product and exactly what the Speed Triple needs.
+RugB346 Thank you, we offer it for the Speed's as well!
It looks like the instrument cluster lays more flat. Does that affect the view for the rider?
It does lay more flat but it is still at the same angle as the Triple clamp. In direct sun conditions, the LCD portion and be a little harder to see but the analog tach is still fully visible.
Looks great. I am wondering would this affect the warranty though?
+Matt W we have Triumph dealerships selling and installing our conversions. Because its plug an play and no cutting or splicing is involved, you are good.
Does it fit with 765 too?
I love my low conversion! Thanks for such a great product!

Would a blow dryer be enough to heat up the bolts holding the stock headlight bolts?

what would a guy need to install this conversion kit on a 2012 street triple?
+James Radtke same kit as described in the video, just for a pre-13 model. You can select your year on the product page -> j.mp/0712strple
Did you ever get around to a kit for the 765?
Okay, so how do you make sure the headlight maintains its position if you're only supposed to tighten the bolts until the light "remains adjustable by hand"? Seems like riding and vibration would eventually throw the elevation/pitch of the headlight off.
+opmike343 great question! The rubber bushing and nylon washer allow for some movement but also keep the light in place.
If I have a street triple one day this is definitely the 1st mod I'd do. looks great
Thanks!
How about the speed dials and such? Did you replace the "thing" or used the same? Not quite sure what it's called..
Awesome product tho!
+Marcus Östlin Are referring to the instrument panel?
Yeah
+Marcus Östlin as you can see in the video, the instrument panel is reused and placed in a similar location as stock.
Can you do the same on 2017 Street Triple S ?

Hi, where can I order this kit for the street triple?
The Street Triple looked so good with the Aero headlight...how come you discontinued that unit?
We just can't get the Aero headlight in bulk. You can still buy the conversion and get the headlight yourself. All of the information is listed on the product page - motodemic.com/shop/aero-headlight/
Do you have some conversion kit from Street Triple 09 rounded lights to new "insect" lights of 2012 model?
No conversion needed. You can use OEM components for a '12 model.
And do you have any tips for the change? I mean that, what parts do i need for the change apart the newer lights ?
Any kits for 2016 Speed Triple S?
David Chattaway technically the Speed Triple Conversion we have works. The only part that is different is the wiring connector on your stock lights. We’ve had multiple customers wire this themselves. We’re spring the connector for the new lights now.

Jay Bell halogen 👍
will this work with any 7" light like the led adaptive light
jim sbarglia we offer a few different headlight options that can come pre-wired, including the Adaptive. motodemic.com/shop/street-triple-single-headlight-conversion/
Iv done this but lost a nut down the frame whilst taking the headlight bracket off.... Help??

@@motodemic thanks bro just bought one but it's to big 👍👍
@@motodemic I was planning on putting a mt03 headlight on it do yo no if its possible with the original light bracket??
So for a 2014 street triple r I can use the 2013’ and up version and it’s fine ?
TehJigzoh yes, 2013-2016 675 is all the same 👍
Can this be used on the Australian (Lams) TRIPLE SPEED 660?
+Anthony Evans Looks like the Street Triple 660 uses the same forks as the non-R 675 so yes, this conversion would fit no problem.
Any plans on a single headlight conversion for the new 765?
wheelsdeal it may happen this coming winter.

Yes, as long as it a 675. 👍

Sure will!

duongly we'll see what we can do 👍
It would have been nice if you had of shown what it looked like on the bike after installation
Understood, this is intended to be an installation how-to after you've already purchased the product. Installed photos are shown at motodemic.com 👍
Thanks
Should have had a last wide shot of the bike with the new single light in order to see the finished effect on the bike. But a good video. Like.
Why are they soo expensive😓
three full-length ads to watch the video?
BryByWire really? That’s not right. UA-cam trippin’.
MOTODEMIC yeah not sure why.... but it hasn't done it again since.
2007-2012 headlights por this one are the best options, original 2013-2022 sucks
Exactly why we make our Dual Round Conversion for the 14-16 models 😎
