@Justsomekid12 My Dad's favorite was Bones Jones. My Dad died 10 years ago when Bones was coming up well and acting right. He'd be ashamed of Jones now. My brother passed in a car wreck and loved the UFC. So sorry for your loss, glad you spoke up in memory of your best friend. Every time we speak their name we keep them alive!!

Tim against Yan- “The knee is there sugar. I know you see it.”

Two masterful examples of a fighter listening to his coach’s great insight.

Right? Nothing like some basic advice from Mr Welch again. You mean a counter punchers best chance against a pressure wrestler would be when he over-extends? Tim deserves all the attention he's been getting, but the people glazing him over basic moments of advice like this are so dumb.

Probably so many new or casual fans who don't even know about his doping history. He's still a skinny guy, but when he joined the UFC after Contender series he was much skinnier. Sean is so fast, agile, quick, explosive, and he is so fluid it’s beautiful to watch it’s like a great nba scoring guard going to work the fakes and faints and he even does head and eye fakes which is incredible. Then each of sugas limbs is equally dangerous and completely comfortable for him to use them which allows the stance switches and unpredictable attack. After 1sr round I knew he was good when Tim told him to breath and be present on the stool and told him he doesn’t need to over commit that Sean would be able to counter when he gets in close and that’s exactly what happened.
Last night I watched all of O’Malleys old ufc fights and I’m surprised people think his wrestling is an issue the dude is dangerous in the ground and good at avoiding damage and getting back up. I guess they said the same with Izzy they always act like he can’t wrestle but then outside of one fight he is good at defending and getting up too.
Izzy and Sean are both he 2 premiere strikers and martial “artists” they truly do art
