I'm going to forgive the foyer & siding. The house was built in 1936. I appreciate that they kept some of the Old Hollywood vibe.
Her bathroom is unforgivable. The landscaping is extremely boring. It's only good if they're really into croquet.
You don’t want the closet to have too much sunlight when you have a lot of high end clothing and accessories.

His and her bathroom blew my mind and will now have to petition to my wife buying a new house. But in all honesty you have to give JLo a little more “BMS” in the kitchen. I would say it’s a solid 3 JLo BMS with her curves. Agreed that the foyer was extremely underwhelming with a house that size and cost and the placement of the TV gives me carpel tunnel neck.

I agree about the driveway fountain. Crazytown. Foyer needs some color, is all, and maybe some architectural interest. The main bathroom needs a complete reno. I do like the house, though.
I don’t enjoy disagreeing with you @samir but I have to say this is an appropriately shuttered window. The shutters would look much weirder if there were two really skinny ones as opposed to the one that is the full size of the window. There is a whole underground shutter culture advocating for functional fitting window shutters.
I understand that there shouldn’t be one on the other side. But there shouldn’t be one at all

okay after watching my thoughts: i thought the two garages were bizarre, but way less so knowing there’s a staff suite. staff garage, maybe? you don’t want caterers parking their van next to your fancy cars!
really surprised about the foyer-like it was a cute staircase and room but definitely had no ‘foyer vibes’. when i come home to my enormous house, i want to enter the foyer like aragorn arriving at helm’s deep!! i super agree with you on the molding!! and honestly why does anyone have a tub that isn’t gold? go gold or go- well, not home because your home doesn’t have a gold tub!!!

@@samir2 when arod gave her a car for her birthday he had her drive it and she hadn't driven in many years. She's from NYC where she used public transportation all the time and then got famous and got driven everywhere.

It was completely redone in the past couple of years so none is left of the 1930s. It reminds of an east coast style which is more traditional than most California homes. Looks a little staid but both of them are originally from the east coast so maybe that’s what they like.
I ranked it a 2 for only the reason that it’s in hellish California!!🤦🏻♀️😝👎🏼ugh!!
