I do like the new riffer, although I noticed the New riff button was removed. The only way I could find to start fresh was to clear and Save As. Maybe I missed it. Is there a better way?
You have some great stuff on this channel and does not justify your small subscriber base . You should really work on marketing your channel or maybe try SEO your UA-cam video titles ,tags ,etc . You definietly deserve more subscribers and views !!
I also tried using "midi out" but it output a different instrument for each guitar string, is there a way to output a riff to midi so its all just one instrument? Very difficult to find accurate technical information on th various tools and functions.
Ok Is their a way to Use the Riffer To make Variations with the same riff without creating a new vst instrument and without increasing the amount of Measures within Riffer Past 8. I have a huge Song that needs a lot of variations.
Try dragging the pattern 2 octaves up. Different DAW's use different octaves. I have to drag 2 octaves up in FL or 1 octave up in Reaper to get the key switches to trigger properly
шari. Try off setting the notes slightly to the right of the key switches so the key switches can work before the notes hit. Alternatively you can record the riffer and strums into Edison and work with the sample
Hi Bro, I have Ample sound, and there is no any riffer mode, how to set the ample sound to get riffer mode? Please kindly to answer it, I would really apreciate it..🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Have you done much work using triplets in Riffer? It doesn't seem to be able to switch from straight to triplets in the same riff. You need to choose one or the other. So I end up making the triplets manually in the DAW rather than programming in Riffer. As great as Riffer is, it does seem very buggy.
Thanks for these great videos here. I have a question about this, if that is possible here. For example, if I fill two bars with chords in the Riffer and then drag them to Cubase, four bars will be occupied there. What do I have to do so that only two bars are used there as well?
I know music theory pretty well but, I'm not familiar and confused about programing the notes on the strings on the Ample guitar SC in the riffer. Can you help me out with any rules or guidelines with programming notes on certain strings? Also is it not advisable to put notes in for arpeggios in with a strummed chord and then delete the strum and edit the notes? Will the strum samples sound weird as arpeggiated notes?
Can someone please do a proper riffer tutorial? An in-depth one, I want to understand it well. Teach me how to fish lol. I want to understand the UI, what is what etc.
Great tutorial, hope you enjoy with Riffer 2 - multi select, edit, and new MIDI tools.
The new riffer is just a killer !

I imported midi to riffer and it appears that tempo changes are not honored by riffer. Do you know if this is correct?

I never used triplets but maybe you can work with the "time signature" and the "Riff quantize" settings to be able play tripets
