You dont need no visa to travel from Nigeria to Ghana and it is just a day trip by road so if he truly loved this woman, he would have made the trip. My sister flew to Nigeria, married him, came back… this man waited the whole 5 years and soon as he got his citizenship he left her. She came home from work and he cleared out his side of the room and even took his African food yall smh. Do not talk to these people online. I worked at western Union and money gram and I would see women coming in every couple of days sending thousands of dollars to these men in Nigeria. They will wait 20 damn years if that’s what it takes to get their green card. Also, after they get their green card they will fly their African wife/ family down to be with them. My sister met his family which had already lived in Phoenix Arizona…they were all in on it.
They do the same in South Africa, they target women who always codependent and use them to collect cash or marry them to get the ID.after few years in SA they then apply for Visas to Canada mostly or other country as it is easy to approve applications if its not from Nigeria. Karamo, you're spot on. Lagos to Ghana is about 5 to 7 hours drive or 45 mins by air; and for a Nigerian who owns a passport, movement along the West Africa region is visa free. For her to have come all the way to Ghana and the guy didn't make the effort to go see her is a huge red flag! She can't marry who she doesn't know very well. In Africa, we rarely jump into marriages until we know each other's relatives / background, and get approval from our elderly ones who bless the marriage with their prayers.

They need passports but they don't need visas to travel between countries. If he's an African citizen he can travel to most African countries visa free. I know the visa offices be trifling but I've never heard of a passport being held up unless they didn't have their papers
