It’s unfortunate no one told you about the actual namesake lake. Crystal Lake. My opinion is it is so much prettier than the 3oaks lake you were shown. I’m sitting on the West Beach now writing this. We also have an awesome old town favorite ice cream shop and beautiful parks and golf courses. Worth a visit.
