Yk what sucks about losing weight? You get hungrier and now that you have lost weight you can shove down more food so you gotta be careful with that. It’s annoying but it’s worth it you look amazing feel better and can do more tasks than if you were fat. Plus overall you’re healthier. Just gotta ignore the constant hunger.
Yeah, I have definitely experienced this! Though, I've never been at the point where I needed to lose a lot of weight at once, so I always go at a slower weight loss pace to avoid any extreme side effects like that.
