Oh man ...do I wish I watched this before I started my piece ...I put ultra grip on my piece BUT I put too much and the wrong brush 😢😢....when I started to paint it was aweful ....you could see every brush stroke.....now sanding it all off ....ugggg...thanks forget video
Oh no Kerrie sorry to hear that! If you sand it down with 220 sandpaper until its smooth. Depending upon how much you need to sand down you may need to apply another coat of Ultra grip.
I sanded it all down ...but as I was doing so it became this really cool "chippy" look now I don't know how together that look all over ....what I mean is part of it is down tomraw wood ...other parts are chippy....if I paint the raw wood I won't get the chippy if I sand right ....so the vanear under it with ultra grip on top must of made chippy look ....IKN ...Uggg....I feel like burning it LOL
How can I send you a picture...maybe you could give me an idea ....leaning towards chippy ...but don't know how to re create that from raw wood....or I can sand it all off start again with just paint...it's FMP agonclin and midnight blue...

What do you clean your brush with when you have used the ultra grip?
1dCasey Hi there I always use Fusion brush soap to clean my brushes after I paint or use the Ultra Grip. It works fantastic
Is the ultra grip applied after priming?
Ultra grip is Fusion Mineral Paint Primer If you use that before painting it will ensure the paint adheres to it.
