I agree with the fact that the Congress Party ruled for so many years and they did not take the wealth of the common people - because many people were poor and the Congress party taxed a staggering 45% tax to the wealth creators. How can we forget the late Rajiv Gandhi's speech who confirmed that only 15 paise was reaching the receiving end if the center released a rupee. If the Congress party is not going to take anyone's money and it is not in their manifesto, then why RAGA is talking about it?
