I really want to cosplay Sal, I enjoy making cosplays from scratch (I made the Halloween ghost Deku costume out of a sheet I cut and sewed in a very rushed two weeks and I'm very proud of it) but I would, regretfully, have to lie and tell my mom Sal is a girl or she 99% positively won't let me dress as him. She did the same for Deku but it was already passed Halloween. I do have many ideas, and I kind of wanna try a little vlog series (inspired by your internet series) and I think it'll be a lot of fun. I'd also be able to use the wig for Nagisa from Assassination Classroom and the Blue Lion from Voltron. I think it'd be really cool :3

You are a life saver, my mom passed away last year, and my sister never helps me. I couldn’t figure out how to do his scars because I’m going to be him for Halloween, we were wearing our costumes too school today and I didn’t know how to do his scars, I was going to use liquid latex and scar wax but it was sticky and the latex I’ve never used either of them before, I followed your steps and I was so happy on how good it came out. When I do makeup I have a thing called a scare stack and it is just a ton of reds, browns , and like flesh tons it is really good

Oh yeah I have all my Sal cosplay shipping right now! Should be here in a few days I'm so excited!! The scar makeup is what I'm most excited for tho tbh.
P.S a good cheap but vibrant/pigmented brand is BH cosmetics. I have like 3 full palettes that were 20 bucks Canadian. They're SUPER coloured when layered over a white base OR when you use a dense brush like your big brush or any other foundation brush. Good shit my dude I use them a lot for makeup looks cause I too am a broke nerd just trying to do some makeup.

I have a gigantic scar up my back from scoliosis surgery (shoulder blades to tailbone) and tbh it looks a lot like how you do your scar makeup. Healed scars aren't very gory. They're just lines... with some pink colour and a bit of a bump up. At least that's how cut/ tear scars are. Healed burn scars are more stretched and shiny especially acid burns.
