    Side-b only has four lengths (3 shortens).

    • @Radarssbm
      @Radarssbm  6 років тому +15

      lmao for some reason I think of the starting position as the first length, you're totally right.

      That's pretty funny lmao. The legendary fifth side-b, no side-b.

    • @Radarssbm

      Peanutz996 hahaha it’s like there’s five positions, starting, early, mid, late, no shorten. That’s how I see it, but it’s not at all how it should be described lmao. I pinned your comment so people see the correction

      doesn't Fox have one more than Falco?

      Can’t you cancel the side-b without moving? Effectively juking your opponent with a visual distraction

    You should contact whoever runs the mid-level Falco Twitter to promote this kino content. Let’s Go Michael!

    As a person who started playing smash competitively in Sm4sh and Ultimate, these videos are amazingly well done. Instead of just giving a "Do this to win", the videos explain the thought process behind the game (forcing opponent to recover below).
    PS: I still hate you tap jump

    Awesome content, this is a great supplement to SSBM Tutorials because your videos get into the nitty-gritty of melee decision making. Seriously, way to go! Content is sooo good!

      CiiViL who else has been doing falco videos? As a falco main I’d be down to check them out

      GRSmash did an Axe falco countdown, FellaSmasha did best falco plays of 2017, Polish got second with falco and xanadu for the first locals of the year on VGBootCamps and Third Chair did a Falco tech guide. And now this too. Its gunna be a good year for the bird.

    Make sure you don't fast-fall your suicide dairs. I died first every time I tried that, even when I still hit them.

    These vids are sick! I was wondering if maybe you could do an anti-marth video? Showcasing his weaknesses and things like that. I struggle against him the most and id like to see what you think could help :)

    You could have mention that you have to watch out for fox/falco's double jump in the b zone, in which case the a situation may be reset :) good video otherwise :)

    My favorite way to edgeguard furries it's just to bat them into outer space.
    Or talk about frame data incorrectly to their users

    It's bizarre when people are like "omg firefox can take 360 angles so there's so many recovery options"
    yeah, that's how a circle works, that doesn't mean your brain has to be used to 360 different techs. If someone nairs you with any character they could be at 360 angles relative to you, that's how reality works. Pikachu's up b has 13,000 possible angles if you consider both after each other, does that mean anything?

    • @Radarssbm
      @Radarssbm  6 років тому +2

      No one is saying you have to be prepared for 360 options, but pretending it isn’t a big deal is kinda naive, lol. There are MANY situations in the game where using a very specific angle of up-b prevents a certain move from covering it.
      If Firefox/bird was like...6 angles or something it would be a LOT easier to cover

    Where's part 2? Or am I just blind? 😣

    • @Radarssbm
      @Radarssbm  6 років тому

      D Man Sammy probably not gonna do part 2 for quite some time, if at all. Discussed this with ginger and he said he’s probably going to make one. So I dont feel like it’s as necessary for me to do it. ALSO, this video was just SO challenging, like I really didn’t feel like I covered enough...and I’m not totally convinced I really did it justice. It’s just SUCH a complex topic.
