Thanks so much for your Tutorial, I followed your instructions and managed to replace the front center Grille on my 2017 Trax, I had some difficulty removing the bumper but then I remembered The 2 Screws at the top inside the wheel arch, removing them the bumper came off easily, it took me about 2 hours to do the job, but it also included the oil and oil filter change, THANKS SO MUCH
If I recall correctly there are two nuts on the back that need to be removed. Also I think the emblem has adhesive to help hold it on. Use a heat gun to help loosen the adhesive,
Will do if I get another Trax with front end damage. It is a fairly straight forward process. Just be careful to note where all the fasteners are located to make removal of the bumper go smoothly.
The problem with removing the lip is that there are plastic panels and covers that are secured/anchored to the lower lip. It would jeopardize the integrity of all the lower panels.

how to do you easily put the fog light covers on? Do you need to take off the bumper to put it?
If I recall correctly , you should be able to loosen and move the front edge of the inner wheel well and access the back of the foglight.
Hey, can you remove the bumper lip to gain more ground clearance ? Are those nuts below for that ?
