Starting my first raised bed

After years of failing at gardening I finally managed to grow vegtables successfully! Florida is a hard place to grow in due to the poor soil and harsh sun. I tell you my tips and progress of how I went through different farming methods and things I noticed.

11:00 cucumbers. Was this last year s harvest/What month was this? Now? How did they survive the freezes?
Great raised beds! I wonder if lining the beds with polyvsheet would help retain moisture like mine? (I haven't noticed a problem with too much organic material)
