There are reasons for that. I give you 2. A) he doesn't give up recipes that would be huge problem for pastries although by the names he gives away I can find pastry recipes in other videos but it's too much work not worth it. B) he makes dishes over complicated sometimes I see it and say no way . Takes too much time. He can make things easier. Also he doesn't show main parts in his videos. Chopping onions he showed it millions of times but showing tricky parts he fails. I used to be his subscriber then I gave up. I'm only here Because it was in my recommendations for a long time so I gave it a shot

LOVE , LOVE Beets..we eat it almost all the time, side dish or in the salad.. You certainly raised the bar on this everyday humble root vegetable to an elegant first class dish! Our salads will never be the same again…Merci beaucoup🙏🏻😘
