ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a feeling some people experience as a result of certain sights and sounds, such as whispering, folding towels and hair brushing. "It is characterised by the tingling of the skin that starts at the crown of the head and works their way down the spine and leads to increased feelings of calm and relaxation."
People are going cray for ASMR videos for their sleep-inducing, de-stressing, and mood-boosting feels. In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness."
Why is ASMR so effective?
We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours. Although, ASMR benefits aren’t just restricted to the evening or the bedroom. It can be used any time of the day, so say you’re having a stressful day at work, you can take a small break and listen to some sounds or watch videos on UA-cam to help you.

Wow! Please please please please please do more like this, most videos I have seen are either in water which doesn't make much noise or the cement mix that was made is way too soft so when it hits a bucket or any surface it hardly makes any noise, but this, is just so perfect, I love it! :) Xxx
Can I Just say how incredible this texture is??? It's so satisfying the outer layer of the disc crumble making it look like the inside is all loose powder! Like wow how did you achieve that??
Also I love how it explodes in your hands when you crush it then hits the sides of the paper, I love that sound it's so good :) xxx
I don't know if this is pure cement or cement with other ingredient mixed.... But it's too good...we want many more videos with the same mixture
