Meatloaf with eggs - easy and delicious recipe!

Necessary products for the preparation of Stephanie roll:
- 750 g minced meat (pork and veal)
- 5 eggs (one is for the minced meat, the others are boiled)
- 2 carrots
- 3 pickles
- 1 onion
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tbsp. mint
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Necessary products for the sauce:
- the fat from the baking of the meatloaf
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. (100 ml) white wine
- 1 tsp. (200 ml) water
- 2 tbsp. cooking cream (22% fat)
- A pinch of black pepper
- salt (if needed)
