Gary get some man you trust to help you figure it out . Or I would hire someone to get the roof done and get it done before Winter. I think your afraid of falling off the roof ....You can get financing through many of those metal roofers , they will get it done in a few days and nobody gets hurt ...then you can get the inside done and maybe ready to move into before Christmas.
