LYCHEE FESTIVAL on the Big Island of Hawaii | Eat And Be Eaten

We visit a the 1st annual Lychee Festival in on the Big Island, hosted at Botanical World Adventures in Hakalau. Lychee tree and fruit, Manaloa Farms have a recipe to make preserves like jam but without sugar. See footage of the maze and gardens at the site. SUB for more Hawaii food content!

The festival didnʻt have all that much going on but it was their first year so hopefully they will expand in the future. We will visit again next year to eat more lychee. Maybe I will join the eating contest.
