Consumer:
An entity (individual or organization) who utilizes a product or a service, i.e. a person who uses something.
Customer:
An entity (individual or organization) who purchases a product or a service, i.e. a person who buys something.
If the person who bought the product also consumes it, then they are both the customer and the consumer.
