Michael Giacchino is an absolutely phenomenal film composer, one of my favorites. He's scored some of my favorite Pixar movies as well, like The Incredibles, Ratatouille, and this one, Up. Not only are his scores for these films beautiful and fascinating, they fit the emotional themes of the movies so well.
