Batman Forever is the worst game I've ever played in my entire life. If you thought Batman Vs Superman was bad, it's nothing compared to the monstrosity that is Batman Forever. Fuck that game it almost ruined my childhood
dude they were so mediocre. next gen? you know that would be a game with actual polygons thats on genesis like virtua racer the big sprites don't look impressive at all
ben owen EXACTLY. I prefer the SNES version. Better graphics (slightly) and sound. And better difficulty. Jeez even the gameplay is better (again, slightly).
I've met Paul Carruthers, programmer for Batman Forever, and he said that because Acclaim had spent so much money on getting the license they wanted to be as involved as possible with the development for the game. They told them "Make it a platfomrer, everyone gets them, add in multiplayer as that is very popular and give it the same fighting mechanics as Mortal Kombat".
Acclaim, meh, had a couple killer titles here and there, but had they went capcom or konami, konami being a top choice, then yes, i could see that passing their titles, cause not only did konami give a movie and tv franchise the proper treatment things deserved, they had a killer music and sound team.
James Rolfe is a genius with the Nerd! He's done episodes on some of these games on the list! There was a good Back To the Future game that was released in Japan but it never came over here.
I'm surprised Fantasia didn't make the list. In an era when a lot of Disney-based games were good (e.g. DuckTales, Castle Of Illusion,) Fantasia stands as a disappointingly frustrating exception.
I don't understand why its titled "Worst Sega Genesis Games" but Batman Forever and a few others were also on Super Nintendo. I think they could have at least did Sega Genesis exclusive games. geez...
I feel like Batman Forever wasn't that bad...the music somehow stuck with me in the last 20 years which is somewhat impressive...especially from the first level but hey that's just me...
It's better on the Sega Genesis than the Snes. That version was plain out broken. I still think for the game being a MK ripoff. It was decent at best on the Sega Genesis.
I remember as a kid bringing that game home from the flea market and hating it cause it was so hard and until recently I thpught that the first level was the entire game and that's why they made it so hard I tried throughout the years and I could never get past it fuck that game.
MetalmaT I beat that yesterday. I used game genie and did level select code to skip level one. It was pissing me off. The game isn’t bad once you get passed level one
No Fantasia on list? I'm disappointed. It had awful controls, terrible gameplay, and earbleeding music. The entire game felt unfinished and rushed (which is what happened to save money).
LOL You mean you forced your siblings/friends to play and you just _watched?_ them struggle ;) That _does_ sound like fun, well, if you're a *sadist* hahaha :P
It saddens me to see James Bond: The Duel as one of the dishonorable mentions. It's not a bad game at all, and definitely not one of the worst on the system. Very frustrating at times, yes (the fall damage is a bitch), but still not necessarily bad. I always liked its "sandbox" style of going around large levels rescuing hostages. You even get to fight villains like Jaws and Oddjob!
Did anyone ever play X-Perts??? It was terrible but the characters looked good. It could have fooled you as it did me. Apparently it's based off of Shadow from Eternal Champions. It presents an alternate timeline for her. It released in 1996. Slow and clunky controls with not a whole lot to do.
X-perts was set in the reality that Shadow won the tournament and got a second chance at life. The game actually was a really cool concept; simultaneously controlling 3 operatives in an underwater complex and taking down a terrorist organization by scrambling their computers as well as beating them up. The problem was in the execution. Someone on the game's development team said the expectations were too high and the budget and amount of time given to the project too low. That being said, I've beaten it a number of times. Maybe it's because it's a game from my childhood, but despite its many flaws, I find it charming.
It's a shame X-perts isnt a little more polished. It's an interesting concept that could have been better had they used the Eternal Champs style graphics and not the too-few frames of pre rendered animation they went with. I'm with you. It has a charm.
I'm thinking that the person who made this list hasn't played many Genesis games, though kudos for your #1 pick. - Half of the games on this list also appeared on SNES or other platforms. Are they on those "worst 10 games list as well?" - Awesome possum was not unlicensed. Tengen was a Sega licensee on the Genesis. - You included footage of the CD-i version of Dark Castle and don't say so.
Robot killer Idk. I personally think the game plays great with a six button Genesis controller. Playing "Shaq Fu" with a three button is hard to deal with.
Why do people not like Batman Forever? That game (and movie) were such a special part of my childhood - I love that game. Born in 88' - maybe it's just me?
Slaughter Sport better than Shaq-Fu, Ballz 3D and James Bond: The Duel on this list, Awesome Possum out by a dishonest method... Another WatchMojo greeeaaat list...
Zemorroida Given what do you expect there a company not Jontron or Egoraptor they just take a wiki page from the internet and make a video on it and get a lot of money
+JJ Media The actual footage where he the main character is dressed in pink was from the CD-I version. On Sega Genesis at least he looks like Shaggy from Scooby Doo.
Awesome Possum, unlicensed? A simple image search will show it was in fact licensed by Sega. Not that the game is made less sucky because of that, but I'm surprised a little research wasn't done.
I was able to adapt to the pacing and style of Heavy Nova when I played it back then, so I was able to enjoy it. It was the only brawler I had on the Genesis. There appears to be some misinformation about that game floating around. The button C when pressed rapidly, kick starts one's energy, allowing one to get on one's feet and continue the fight. Failing to do this means, one would remain energyless, but still not lifeless. The opposing robot will continue to beat you without resistance until you truly die.
I'd like to see a revised worst list. Honestly, I always felt like movie adaptations/tie ins are too easy of a target and clog a lot of 'worst' lists. We all know they (The very vast majority of them) are trash and they don't really need attention drawn to them.
Sword of sodan? It was praised in the computer world which at the time was a completely different Universe from console gaming. Console Gamers back in the day did not associate with computer gamers. They were completely different breeds as proven by the games they tried to Port over to consoles that performed poorly like the Dungeons & Dragons RPG
Fantasia was, I think, the worst Sega Genesis game ever made: horrendous music, god-awful controls. The only thing good about this game is that the graphics are quite average. But yeesh, DO NOT play this atrocity, or you will be sorry...
And you forget say the bug in Batman Forever if you jump and the enemy hits you in the air with a kick, the live go down istant and die, no matter if you have all.
For me Batman Forever is just awesome, one of my favourite Batman games, beat it many times on my own and with my friends :) I don't know what he's talking about when he says about controls and difficulty of the game, I say the controls is very responsive and difficulty is just right. Maybe he just bad at beat'em ups :D
Barman Forever, a game where you serve the enemies justice (in the form of a cold beer!) With such foes as Two-Face, who is friendly and nice to talk to usually, but a right jackass when drunk, and The Riddler, who's always cracking bad jokes and tries to confuse you to get out of paying his tab!
Overlooking some things though... Claiming "mediocre graphics" in regards to Rise of the Robots or Ballz is just inaccurate. This was on a base Genesis, with actual flat colored poly based balls, or the "shadows" that were on display in RotR, that was some spiffy shit back then. Easily causing some to pass off the shitty game play in favor of the eye candy.
NOPE!! There is a game called X-PERTS for the Sega Genesis. I DARE ANY OF YOU TO PLAY IT AND LIKE IT. That is the worst Sega Genesis game I have EVER PLAYED IN MY 28 YEARS OF LIVING!!!
Heavy Nova was #2? Gonna have to disagree on that one. I'd call it average overall, and certainly not the second worst on the Genesis. Decent graphics, great animation for the time, nice music, and a rather sizeable set of moves to use. Its gameplay can seem wonky, but once you figure out its oddball mechanics and rules (such as, how far away from an enemy you are and how much energy you have dictate which moves you can do, you can recharge your energy only when you walk or stand still, etc.), it could be played and beaten consistently. It's not broken, it's just oddly designed. Frankly, this list smells of a "worst Genesis games" Google search, because there are far worse games on the Genesis than some of what was listed here (namely Shaq-Fu and Ballz). Beast Wrestler, X-Perts, Time Killers, Belle's Quest, Death Duel, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Budokan: The Martial Spirit, Revolution X (some neat special effects though), Cutthroat Island, No Escape, Awesome Possum... the list goes on. I know this video's mostly opinion and whatnot, and everyone has their own line that separates "good" from "bad" with games. But I gotta say, this list really seems like "Google search" results. Oh, and I believe Awesome Possum was indeed licensed. Tengen was a signed third-party company on the SEGA Genesis from what I've read in the past. And if that's true, then the game is a licensed one. The "SEGA Seal of Quality" emblem on the game's box, manual and cartridge also suggests this.
I am. That's why I gave it a 5 out of 10 over on SEGA-16. Heavy Nova's not a masterpiece to be sure, but it's not the busted garbage others like to paint it as (IMO of course). There is a method to its odd gameplay mechanics and once you learn it, the game's more playable than it seems when you first fire it up.
Contrary to the commentary, the footage of Shaq-Fu looks fast, smooth and crisp. I've never played it myself, but I reckon it's one of those games the world has unanimously just agreed to hate, without actually giving it a chance.
No, it has choppy, unresponsive controls and the gameplay experience isn't rewarding at all. It's genuinely terrible, despite having smooth visuals on its side, trust me. I still have my copy, only because it's novelty crap though.
Shaq Fu doesn't belong on this list. At least the graphics are fantastic (the game was developed by the same company as Flashback) and it has good music. And it's much more playable than Rise of the Robots or Slaughtersport once you get used to the delayed controls. Time Killers is much much worse, why isn't that game on thee list?
+CarozQH Yeah Im with you on that… it was by no means a great game… but its wasn't all that bad… it looked great for when it was released and the delay wasn't as bad as many many many other games, namely allot of those on this list! Delphine was at the front line of game development for that platform at the time… this really only gets a bad rap due to the fact of it being a Shaq game!
Because it's not a bad game. Most were just disappointed that it wasn't in full 3D like the arcades (no shit, it's a 16-bit console) but it has most of the moves, controls well, and plays fine.
Yeah, VF2 was bad. It didn't capture the feel of the original game and the graphics lacked detail and inspiration. Also, the characters new to franchise introduced in 2 were missing from the Genesis port.
(other than the ones on your guy's list) -The Incredible Hulk - TMNT: Tournament Fighters - Wardner - Spiderman (vs The Kingpin) - Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Quest & Roar of the Beast - Awesome Possum - Any Bubsy game
Fun fact: Shaq Fu was so bad that an entire website exists, dedicated purely to destroy all Shaq Fu cartridges. And they're aware of the sequel as well...
I wouldnta said Batman Forever was so bad when I had it! I damn near beat it! But da ending was kinda disappointing when I looked up a playthrough... There was da multiplayer/training mode combat where u could play as damn near any character u wanted. Dat was fun.
Have you guys heard of Jack's bean I only played it on the virtual console but boy is it boring and bad it's a platformer where you have to wait for slow moving platforms, and you can't move while jumping
Batman forever is one of my favorite childhood games. Awesome and different levels with secret rooms. Quite fun cooperative play. Nah. Never liked mojo top lists :)
"We are however, excluding unlicensed games such as awesome possum and Crazy Bus" And slipped in an unlicensed game in the dishonorable mentions. Mega fail!
It had many flaws... kind of a shame. Yes, idiot story and for me, not so interesting characters, but I think the visuals are really good and the animations are fluid... too bad the controls are not great and it's sluggish. Could have been a fun game. ~Joe
when your 7 years old and mom and dad only buy games on special occasions you make the most out of what you got I had a few of these titles at the time they weren't that bad it was pretty entertaining at the time for myself
+Philip Hunn That always cracked me up. Years later, the announcer on the Dreamcast game, Sega Bass Fishing, provided the same joy. He had this weird lisp and crazy way of talking that is hard to describe, but unintentionally hilarious.
You said altered beast should be on the top 10 worse list. And since Barney is not on the list you are implying that you think barney is better than Altered Beast.
+Astradon (sonicxyoshi) 3D Blast isn't a terrible game, it's just not particularly good. Plus having played some of these I can testify their awfulness.
10. Slaughter Sport 9. Batman Forever 8. Back to The Future Part III 7. Ballz 3D 6. Rise of The Robots 5. Shaq-Fu 4. The Great Waldo Search 3. Dark Castle 2. Heavy Nova 1. Sword of Sodan Dishonorable Mentions James Bond: The Duel Last Action Hero Revolution X Robocop 3 Techno Cop
Batman Forever is the worst game I've ever played in my entire life. If you thought Batman Vs Superman was bad, it's nothing compared to the monstrosity that is Batman Forever. Fuck that game it almost ruined my childhood
I did not expect you to be here...
actually it was a decent game, until the 2nd screen in the 1st stage which I never knew what to do
IntroSpecktive-There's much worse games than that.
Even worse than Superman 64?
Sword of Sodan ? Dark Castle ?
0:41 - I had my headphones on full blast. You guys owe me new ears.
Same!!!
agreed. like holy fuck the sound affects are just awful as the games😝
WHAT?! SPEAK UP, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!
Roy Connar what's even worse that I have sensitive ears
what's even worse is the spelling here
At least Shaq Fu doesnt look bad from a graphics point of view
Shaq fu was also on the super if u didnt know
And the animations are really cool.
@@nickpickell667 yeah and the sega one was definatly better visually. Which isn't saying much.
I loved it when I was kid,
Rise of the Robots has mediocre graphics? Compared to every other Genesis game it looks like next gen!
+LordBarros True. It's the only positive point. That game was a huge hype back in the day.
dude they were so mediocre.
next gen?
you know that would be a game with actual polygons thats on genesis like virtua racer
the big sprites don't look impressive at all
+The worms inside of the dirt *big pre rendered sprites to be specific
Ya should check Ecco the Dolphin then.
ben owen EXACTLY. I prefer the SNES version. Better graphics (slightly) and sound. And better difficulty. Jeez even the gameplay is better (again, slightly).

They told them "Make it a platfomrer, everyone gets them, add in multiplayer as that is very popular and give it the same fighting mechanics as Mortal Kombat".
+CornishCreamtea07 It turned out pretty ok though as long as you play the Mega Driver version and with a six button controller.
Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. I even managed to finish the game.
Same. I don't remember it being terrible.
Acclaim, meh, had a couple killer titles here and there, but had they went capcom or konami, konami being a top choice, then yes, i could see that passing their titles, cause not only did konami give a movie and tv franchise the proper treatment things deserved, they had a killer music and sound team.
I liked it. Glad it wasn't a fighting game. The stop motion movie graphics made it original.
You know I think I'll just shut this off and go watch AVGN.
SADDAM WAS here
+Aj Koorstra good idea.
+Aj Koorstra I was thinking the same thing.
Oopsies all around on this vid lol
James Rolfe is a genius with the Nerd! He's done episodes on some of these games on the list! There was a good Back To the Future game that was released in Japan but it never came over here.

You're right, I totally forgot about Fantasia!
Never got past the Giant Leg level part
James Bond: The Duel is actually not that bad. It should't even be a honorable mention. I would give it somewhat between 5.6 and 6.0 out of 10.
Agreed, great music from Matt Furniss, and the game play certainly isn't awful.
Oh... this comment was to years ago... oops XD
So glad I didn't keep watching. That's one of the best Sega games.
I also remember playing it frequently and have no bad memories about it. I wondered, too, why it made it into the video.
I don't understand why its titled "Worst Sega Genesis Games" but Batman Forever and a few others were also on Super Nintendo. I think they could have at least did Sega Genesis exclusive games. geez...
Half of these games are on the SNES as well, so these should have been to 10 worst 16 bit games.
Agreed!
IKR?
IFKR
I agree. Also, ever noticed that Genesis games are better in graphical quality than on the SNES?
because the snes versions were usually 100% better
rise of the robots actually had good graphics for its time
Acrobat That’s pretty much it for its good qualities.
Almost feels like SEGA's version of Killer Instinct on N64 :O
@@RanaRandom That would be Eternal Champions! Rise of the Robots was a multi platform game also released for the SNES, 3DO, CD-i, PC and Amiga CD32!
@@dinohermann1887 I remember Eternal Champions, good times.
I feel like Batman Forever wasn't that bad...the music somehow stuck with me in the last 20 years which is somewhat impressive...especially from the first level but hey that's just me...

I had the game when I was a kid. I like it for what it is but I know it was never good. I always thought the graphics were impressive tho.
It's better on the Sega Genesis than the Snes. That version was plain out broken. I still think for the game being a MK ripoff. It was decent at best on the Sega Genesis.
me too
God it's painful watching this xD But i do miss the Mega Drive
I miss the SNES more. It was way better than the mega drive/genesis
One thing I will say about Shaq Fu is that it had some pretty damn amazing sprite graphics and sprite animations. That's about it.
Do one for the other consoles like Xbox, ps2 and a few more, don't just do it for this console
Yeah!
do one for the ps69
or Xbox none. I meant none not one. None being no Xbox.
It's WatchMojo, you honestly don't even have to ask. They release 5 videos a day, they'll get around to it.
+Aj Koorstra they had made more than that in a day watch mojo notification were everywhere
i'm not ashamed to say 6 yr old me played the hell out of Heavy Nova
SEGA's version of Metroid Prime XD.
Sword of Sodan worse than Dark Castle? I hope the AVGN reviews Sword of Sodan!
My brother and I bought Sword of Sodan. It was fucking terrible lol.
Good luck getting past the first level of Back to the Future 3

JukeDenton, I was also expecting Fantasia to get into the (dis)honorable mentions at least. Truly a horrid turd of a game.
I disagree. You do know you can kill enemies by holding down while jumping on them, right? If you know that, it's much easier.
“The music is just one track on an endless loop”
Which is what Watchmojo plays during their videos
Shaq fu comes out on the same day as half life 3
o shit
Batman forever was a lot of fun.

but super hard

High test Bloatman To make fun of.
Shaq Fu:
Pros: Smoothest animations ever on a fighting game. Cool music, despite being a Shaquille game.
Cons: Slow, unresponsive controls. Crappy gameplay.
James Bond The Duel
That Game is OK I really like it
I played it like month ago and theres nothing wrong with it
Why is it here?
I have the cartridge of the game, it's really ok game
It saddens me to see James Bond: The Duel as one of the dishonorable mentions. It's not a bad game at all, and definitely not one of the worst on the system. You do know Batman Forever was on the Super Nintendo as well right? Should it even count since this isn't really a Genesis game, just a port?
When I saw Robocop at the beginning, I was gonna fight you if you had said Robocop vs Terminator. That game was awesome.

+pyrobison2002 I think the errors in the video show otherwise. Not even cursory research was done for this video.
+Sega-16
Yeah, some of these games are also on other platforms. Batman Forever, Revolution EX, Shaq Fu, and Ballz 3D to start off with.
Having watched both videos, I can tell you that yes, a lot of them are on both of them.
Mickey's Fantasia should have been here.
Sword of Sodan: The Poor Man's Golden Axe
Where you play as Val Kilmer or Susan Sorandon against Jay Leno, Mr Miyagi, Hugh Hefner and all those Jimmy Fallons?
It's more like Golden ASS!
More like an horses ass of a game - trojan on steroids - but with all the grace of a broken stop-motion movie monster.
I have Golden Axe as part of the SEGA collections on PS3 :D
I found it scary
(I was a kid)
"Shaq Fu" is a guilty pleasure and a cult classic.
Shaq's rap album from the same year "Shaq Fu: Da Return" is also really good and a guilty pleasure of mine.
yep
it's the controls that really kill it,it would be fine with better control and hit detection.
Robot killer Idk. I personally think the game plays great with a six button Genesis controller. Playing "Shaq Fu" with a three button is hard to deal with.

I agree, as a kids I really liked it.
+drancov A shame really as WatchMojo's list for best Mega Drive games a couple of years ago was for once quite decent.
I've never played Shaq Fu, but graphically it looks pretty good for a Genesis game.
OrgaNik It is pretty good. The gameplay isn't great but it's far from terrible.
Dang, no X-Perts? Honestly pretty shocking.

Awesome Possum, unlicensed? A simple image search will show it was in fact licensed by Sega. Not that the game is made less sucky because of that, but I'm surprised a little research wasn't done.
Rise of the Robots and Heavy Nova's only redeeming factor may have been the designs for their respective main protagonists.
SEGA's version of Killer Instinct and Metroid Prime, IMHO
Worst NES games, please?
Everyone knows the worst game in the console is Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde so there is really no point.
So now you're stealing James's videos instead of Mark's?
They only borrowed - I think they gave them back already...
Thus, Wikipedia's description about one being completely vulnerable when the energy reaches down to two bars, is incorrect.

For me Batman Forever is just awesome, one of my favourite Batman games, beat it many times on my own and with my friends :) I don't know what he's talking about when he says about controls and difficulty of the game, I say the controls is very responsive and difficulty is just right. Maybe he just bad at beat'em ups :D
well, I've really enjoyed revolution x and barman forever.
Barman Forever, a game where you serve the enemies justice (in the form of a cold beer!)
With such foes as Two-Face, who is friendly and nice to talk to usually, but a right jackass when drunk, and The Riddler, who's always cracking bad jokes and tries to confuse you to get out of paying his tab!
+BYERE it's Shit-Faced :)
BYERE HAHAHHAHAHA
Barman is so fucking underrated
I also enjoyed Revolution X on Genesis. Hard as Heck, but still
I bet this isn't what Biggie Smalls pictured.
Aw man, I would of predicted Dark Castle to be number one.
Not only because it sucks but because it's a sucky Genesis Exclusive.
released for macentoshe, amiga, comedore 64, cdi
Mimk Koko
Oh, god damn, I forgot about the CD-i version.
Well, wasn't Dark Castle a Genesis exclusive at first????
no, i was a home computer game first, on macintosh
Overlooking some things though... Claiming "mediocre graphics" in regards to Rise of the Robots or Ballz is just inaccurate. This was on a base Genesis, with actual flat colored poly based balls, or the "shadows" that were on display in RotR, that was some spiffy shit back then. Easily causing some to pass off the shitty game play in favor of the eye candy.
I had Heavy Nova and I loved that game
+Gary Threat So did I!
+Gary Threat So did I!
+Gary Threat Ditto! :)
+Gary Threat It does look similar to Cyborg Justice.
+Tyrant it definitely does I never noticed until now
SONIC SPINBALL. A bad sonic game and a bad pinball game in one.
NOPE!! There is a game called X-PERTS for the Sega Genesis. I DARE ANY OF YOU TO PLAY IT AND LIKE IT. That is the worst Sega Genesis game I have EVER PLAYED IN MY 28 YEARS OF LIVING!!!
+Sam Johnson Play Beast Wrestler. I think you'll change your mind about X-Perts being the worst of them all after you do so.
Slaughter Sport is much worse
The Coop u can't be serious
I am. That's why I gave it a 5 out of 10 over on SEGA-16. Heavy Nova's not a masterpiece to be sure, but it's not the busted garbage others like to paint it as (IMO of course). There is a method to its odd gameplay mechanics and once you learn it, the game's more playable than it seems when you first fire it up.
balls kicked ass!!! Hours of fun w/ this. YER WRONG pretty voice!!
Yeah, I actually had some fun with that game.
What you don't see is the delay from button press to attack execution. Anything more than a couple frames is unacceptable in a fighting game.
Are you really defending Shaq Fu?
>Delayed controls
>In a fighting game
How can you defend that?
Dylan Courville
Have you really played Shaq-Fu? Because I have.
The AVGN clip of Dark Castle you used is the Phillips CDI version followed by the Genesis version.
Surprised that Virtua Fighter 2 Genesis was no way mentioned in this video.
DirtyZ I liked it
Childhood memories here
(other than the ones on your guy's list)
-The Incredible Hulk
- TMNT: Tournament Fighters
- Wardner
- Spiderman (vs The Kingpin)
- Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Quest & Roar of the Beast
- Awesome Possum
- Any Bubsy game
I still love Heavy Nova.
1:35 “Batman Forever, it sucked back then and it sucked forever!”
-AVGN
slaughter sport? better than shaq fu?!
Agreed Shaq Fu was at least playable. Slaughter Sport was the worse game I ever played in my life
Fun fact: Shaq Fu was so bad that an entire website exists, dedicated purely to destroy all Shaq Fu cartridges. And they're aware of the sequel as well...
Barney's Sega Genesis game?
+Dyea_B_Tis Watch mojo likes barney
I wouldnta said Batman Forever was so bad when I had it! I damn near beat it! But da ending was kinda disappointing when I looked up a playthrough...
There was da multiplayer/training mode combat where u could play as damn near any character u wanted. Dat was fun.
...or in other words, Back to the Future 3 is a freakin train wreck...
XD
+DNAsGhostzHouze
Boo!
+DNAsGhostzHouze
Literally
+DNAsGhostzHouze Good call....
+DNAsGhostzHouze You forgot to put on your shades and say...YEEEAAAA
shaq fu is not this bad, there is a lot worse videogames on genesis
Let's refer to Slaughter Sport by its far more epic title: Tongue of the Fatman.
Have you guys heard of Jack's bean I only played it on the virtual console but boy is it boring and bad it's a platformer where you have to wait for slow moving platforms, and you can't move while jumping
@ 5:53 ish... Did he say Ear Balls? Anybody?
Batman forever is one of my favorite childhood games. Awesome and different levels with secret rooms. Quite fun cooperative play. Nah. Never liked mojo top lists :)
"We are however, excluding unlicensed games such as awesome possum and Crazy Bus"
And slipped in an unlicensed game in the dishonorable mentions. Mega fail!
And Awesome Possum wasn't unlicensed.
Now I KNOW you're gonna do one for the Top 10 Worst SNES games, right? RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?
I hope so! I'm SOOO FUCKING tired of seeing a bad games sega genesis list!
Jim B. He already did it.
Shaq Fu was dope lol
agreed shaq fu was better than people believe eternal champions is missing from this list
Dominique Cunningham I loved Eternal Champions growing up - especially the music 😎
Does anyone know the name of the song in Dark Castle? It sounded like the German song "Fuuga" but I don't know.
Shaq-fu was not that bad
I have Shaq Fu GOTY Edition un opened!
It had many flaws... kind of a shame. Yes, idiot story and for me, not so interesting characters, but I think the visuals are really good and the animations are fluid... too bad the controls are not great and it's sluggish. Could have been a fun game.
~Joe
what's the name of the background music?
when your 7 years old and mom and dad only buy games on special occasions you make the most out of what you got I had a few of these titles at the time they weren't that bad it was pretty entertaining at the time for myself
There is lot of shity games, but "dark castle and crazy bus" is the worst.
Crazy bus isn't licensed by Sega
What about Altered Beast? I think it should get a nod just for the opening quote. "Wise fwom your gwave!"
+Philip Hunn Altered Beast? That's really a good game
+Philip Hunn That always cracked me up. Years later, the announcer on the Dreamcast game, Sega Bass Fishing, provided the same joy. He had this weird lisp and crazy way of talking that is hard to describe, but unintentionally hilarious.
+Philip Hunn If you think Barney is better than altered beast your dumb
+FerretTail Barney? Who said anything about Barney?
You said altered beast should be on the top 10 worse list. And since Barney is not on the list you are implying that you think barney is better than Altered Beast.
producers: "How many Fighting game you want?"
SEGA: *YES*
I somehow was expecting Sonic 3D Blast in this.
+Astradon (sonicxyoshi) 3D Blast isn't a terrible game, it's just not particularly good. Plus having played some of these I can testify their awfulness.
+Catkeeper I played it too. I had a bad experience...
But have you had a Ballz experience? D:
That was a Sega Saturn game.
+Victor Hernandez It was also a Genesis port
