Doesn't offend me. I tell men all the time when I'm dating that "I may not be able to have kids at 40, and I'm ok with that. Are you?" Very honest. I hate it when people try to encourage me to have kids with the "new technologies" these days... it's not 100% and I don't wanna try that hard.
People who want kids will take the chance and go that extra mile. These technologies are there for a reason. You shouldn’t feel insecure if you need to use them. Nobody is perfect.
@@d.c.5033 not feeling insecure at all about "needing to use it". For those that do want to go that extra mile, by all means please do so. I'm just saying g just because I feel this way, doesn't mean I want to go that extra mile, that's all and I don't need anyone feeling sorry for me because I don't feel sorry about it? It's ok. 😅
It's annoying when people say, "young women can be infertile" or "there's new technologies now" to make it seem like it's not a big difference between younger women and older women having children. Let's be real.
The reality is you should have kids when you’re ready and not a moment before. Your sole focus when seeking out a partner to have a family with should be on their character and whether they share your values. There have been too many advances made in reproductive medicine for people to allow age to dictate their decisions.
@@lynne709 I’m sure there are millions of women of all ages with great character and values for him to pick from. If he has the option to be picky, why wouldn’t he? What medical advances completely balances out the risks?
@@yonce2347 Good character is hard to find. If it was there wouldn’t be so many divorces. It’s not that hard to find someone who is able to have children. There are plenty of medical advances that have helped to offset risks. Many IVF specialists are testing embryos for certain disorders before implantation. Experts are figuring out exactly what is causing certain complications so that they minimize the risks throughout the pregnancy. The reality is every pregnancy is risky. Carrying and delivering a baby is one of the most dangerous things a woman can do. Kate Middleton was only 31 she had her first baby and she hospitalized for most of her second trimester. Meghan Markle was 38 when she got pregnant with her first baby and her pregnancy was completely normal. Both women were in great healthy when they got pregnant but only one of them had complications and it happened to be the younger of the two women. That’s why thinking about a person’s reproductive ability when choosing a partner is stupid.
@@lynne709 Yeah, it is hard. He still doesn’t have to settle. IVF has its own risks on top of the normal risks. Let’s not forget about how expensive and stressful that can be. No matter how many individual success stories you can name, younger women collectively have safer pregnancies than older women. Some effects don’t show up until later on or they aren’t obvious to strangers, so we really don’t know how healthy someone else’s child is.
You know, I was in my feelings about it initially then I remembered Tamera saying something about how being on the show was not safe (mentally I mean)... I think it was mostly to do with the hateful comments from viewers (she did say they used to read them). Now with covid giving everyone time to reassess their lives, they seem to be ready to prioritze other meaningful things, while they are still young enough to enjoy doing them. Loni wants more family time, Jeannie has to want to spend time with her baby and new fam, Adrienne wants family time, babies and touring with Israel and Garcelle has a desire for a stable partner. Remember they have other income-generating interests as well, from guest-hosting on E! to UA-cam channels (even Tamera) to acting gigs and shows. Undoubtedly, they will be missed but if they will be happier offscreen, then we have to let them graciously go.
… idk maybe the girl on the blind date felt like he wasn’t worth the effort. I know I blow up if I’m offended. If I don’t have anything nice to say I don’t say it. Maybe she was preserving her mental health.
Lol Adrienne being hilarious in this one 😂♥️😂

Well women can be upfront to discern if a man's lifestyle (finances) can accommodate for children too
