..I can't believe how many names it gets.. so.. is this not Gadget Racers..? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Choro_Q_video_games damn.. I got Road Trip and I thought that was it for US, also not seeing any column that says there is a Choro Q title that shares across both GBA+PS2 EDIT: w/e this is the SLES SCES or SCPS identifier SLPS if didn't make it to US can you tell me please and then I play on my PS2
Oh man! This game!! My most favourite toy racing game series of all time ♥ I played almost every version of this game from every different console from PS1 to GBA!
I remember when I was 7yo we went visit our family friends and me and my little brother played this game with our friend at midnight. So much nostalgia :)
Absolutely love the Choro-Q games (that went under different names in other countries; I don't know why, but it's fine)! Heck, I 100%'d the US variation of this, called Gadget Racers.
And what's weird is that Gadget Racers also the name for third series of the game. It was supposed to be "Road Trip Avenue" as a direct sequel to "Road Trip Adventure"/"Choro Q HG 2", but somehow they cancelled that name.
@@niche8137 Might can help you there. Okay, let's start with the original name. For PS1 version, they were only Japan, so they all just went under name "Choro Q". For PS2, they add "HG" as short for "High Grade". Now, here are the list.
@@niche8137 •)Choro Q HG 1: Gadget Racers(USA), Penny Racers(Europe). •)Choro Q HG 2: Road Trip Adventure •)Choro Q HG 3: Gadget Racers (confusing eh? To tell the difference, HG 3 had similar graphic style and gameplay style with HG 2. Open world with side quest and stuff like that. The additional stuff were now we were able to jump and made good use of gravity and parts to navigate race tracks). •)Choro Q HG 4: Choro Q
@@niche8137 There was also Choro Q Works as the fifth and final series, but unfortunately, this one was hard to get, and I heard they only available for Japan only. Getting this one would be tough.
Wow... Such a lovely classic game... Like a toy Gran Turismo game to me! I've 100%ed this game several times... I enjoy everything about it... the music, sound effects, driving, gameplay, cars and tracks... 😊🤗🎶🎵❤❤❤👍👍👍🎸🎸🎸🎻🎻🎻😁😀
Unfortunately, there were 2 Choro Q games I never be able to get my hand on to. ChoroQ 4 (PS1) and Choro Q Works (PS2) as the rumor said they were Japan exclusive only.
@@Sapizanza I really don't mind different language as that was not my first time play a game with different language text, but to obtain the game in the first place is already a challenge.
The Choro Q franchise is severely underrated.

Man it is Gadget Racers I don't know why this UA-camr decides to upload the two when they're the same mere different localizations.. lol
@@mistamontiel00I’m from UK and yes while I agree it is just the localisations, to me the British version of the game is true, “Penny Racers”.
This game feels like Gran Turismo and Mario Kart style Racing game
+ making your fav cars fly float and ski

Ah, yes. The cartoonish take on Gran Turismo in my opinion. I spent a lot of time playing this when I was younger.

@@amurilloreno O... *oh.* That's gonna be confusing, lol; I'm trying to hunt down all of the US Choro-Q games, so that may mess me up.

This game's handling seems much better than Choro Q 1, 2, and 3 on PS1.
Yes, it's perfect
@@tropixx_xlr1549 I disagree. It's fine when you aren't sliding, but as soon as you start sliding you're in trouble
Mario Kart but it's for real car
You play Choro Q HG? Man, i played this ago
Penny Racers was in N64, but for PS2 I didn't hear it
Is this based on a spring-moved toy cars collection? I have them, with the launching case too!
Totally underated saga
