People think that after 2020 if they say they can't breathe they can get anyway with anything. I saw a clip of a girl who got in a fight at school who was restrained and the resource officer was holding her hair and she instantly went "I can't breathe". People are stupid.

13 years old with this amount of disrespect for her elders and law enforcement? Unbelievable. She is off of the chart. What are we rearing in this nation that a 13 year old girl can act this way?
Every generation has children who disrespect the law and elders, no matter what or where there are alway troublemakers. This isn't a new thing or exclusive to the USA. So before telling others to "Wake up" have a look at the world beyond what videos you see on the internet ;)
When I was diagnosed with severe asthma as a child, I was always told “if you’re wheezing but talking, take your inhaler, you’re about to have an asthma attack. If you can not talk while wheezing, you are having an asthma attack.” If you able to talk while being choked, you are not choking. If you are able to scream and cry and kick, you are able to breathe very well, and are just under duress. Love seeing the idiocracy as someone who really has moments where I can’t breathe lmao
it's so sad to see because it's obvious teens who use the "I CAN'T BREATHE" card (while screaming at the top of their lungs) are heavily inspired by the 2020 incident with George Floyd and the BLM movement, which brought light to multiple cases of victims who sadly died at the hands of police brutality because the officers would not let them breathe. the girl with the broken car was barely being touched, sitting still on the grass and crying like a little kid for nothing. you can see it in the things she says, like "they're all corrupt pigs!" while treating with one of the most patient, professional officers i've seen. it's so unfair.
The phrase "Oh look, a glock!" shouldn't be as entertaining as it is, but here we are, especially followed up by a grown man exclaiming "Hannah Montana!"
Yeah sure let's arrest Someone having a mental health crisis Because they wouldn't go sit in a car. It's not a crime to be have an emotional meltdown. That should have been handled differently. In most situations I would completely agree with the mother being firm. That's what I would do with my kids if they broke the law I just don't feel like having a mental breakdown and screaming and crying. And not listening when being told to go sit in their mother's car Is a crime. She hadn't committed a crime Therefore , the police officer , they can ask her to go sit in car , but they can't force her. Now as she had gotten physically violent with them before they tried to arrest her Then it would have been a different story. But I didn't hear the officers the mother. Anybody say even one time that she tried to physically assault? Anybody all she was doing was screaming and crying. She's 18, she has mental health issues. She just got a car and a new job And then her boyfriend takes her car and gets it in a wreck. It's a very good reason to be upset Yeah , she very much overreacted , but taking into account the already documented mental health issues , her reaction makes sense. And her mom seemed to make it clear that she couldn't leave her at home. I'm assuming because of the mental health issues I just don't think this was at all handled correctly is taking everything Into consideration. She didn't resist until after he was already unlawfully arresting her. She was standing there granted she was screaming and crying But she was just standing there. She did not try to assault. Anybody commit anybody and the police officer just got fed up with her screaming and crying and not going to go sit down so he says. I'm done with this and lunch is forward. Pushes her to the ground and then proceeds to try to arrest her. If that was happening to you wouldn't you resist I know I would. He didn't even tell her that he was arresting her before he lunched and tackled her to the ground. That girl needs a hospital not a prison. completely absurd. I find it ridiculous that the mother didn't have any problem with what was happening. All she seemed to care about was being able to say I told you so.
the second teen was absoutely INSANE lmao the female officers face when she started scrunching up her fingers n raging like a discord mod NOT TO MENTION I THINK SHE SAID HER BF WAS JOSHUA BASSETT LMAOOO
For his own mental (and honestly, by her reaction, physical) well being...I hope he runs for the hills. I hate to say it, but if that girl does have mental health issues then she really needs to be seeing someone about it because she's a danger to herself and others if she can't at least have a basic control over her reactions.
You guys really think she's bad? She thinks her life just got ruined. Her car is wrecked right after getting a new job, would you not feel like crying your eyes out if you truly thought your entire life just got derailed? That being besides the fact she just barely even began her actual life, she probably felt good and happy at the start of the day thinking she was handling adult life fairly well until her main mode of transportation got demolished just as she's starting her work life.
@@thenoxxyboyi agree with you. People in the comments have clearly never dealt with severe mental health issues. She was having a breakdown. She's not entitled, she's severely mentally ill.
This is what XI had planned for this generation to be taught in schools. And it’s scary what the schools China owns in the US will teach them. College students even have to claim their safe space when someone disagrees with their views. Let alone telling them what to think rather than free thinking and new ideas. We need better teachers or non indoctrinated teachers. Charter schools are where I would rather have my children taught. The parent has an uphill battle bc the schools teach them against obeying their parents or even telling them things. The third girl was so ridiculous. I am sure the mother wishes she could turn back time. And what the he... was she doing letting her boy friend drive the car in the first place. My daughter did the same thing and her boyfriend totaled her car . So she was on her own to even go to class. She decided to come back home and live and we gave her an older car when got another newer used car. She didn’t let anyone drive it bc she had to pay the insurance in her own.

Still actually pretty cool to see how the mom handled her daughter. Clearly they missed out on some important parenting early but at least the mom is sensible in this situation
for real like where was the crime that warranted pushing her over violently when she tried to stand up of her own volition like they were asking her to?
That changed everything for me when she said that and hard clenched her fist. I thought she was drunk or on something, but she's definitely got some mental disorder

Bish, how tf are the cops supposed to know, she's YOUR kid, YOURE more likely to know than they are. "You're daughter is intoxicated" "But she doesn't drink" Well, obviously she does since they not only did a test, but they found booze on her and she wa combative like a drunk teen
First girl is going to deal with a world of trouble and pain. You just know she is hanging out with much older people, and while she thinks she is tough and able to handle herself, she has no idea how bad things will get for her. With a mom like that, she will have no one. Mom seems high/drunk herself. Drives me nuts how mom isn't listening to anything he is saying. On the 3rd one, mom says she knew her devil spawn would act that way but she brought her anyway. She also says the kid had been Baker acted which is a big deal.
What's sad is that it's just a kid panicking.. yess she cry and yell because her car is important to her... but we dont get to see her hurting anybody or damaging a thing... Charging a 18 years old girl for crying while her boyfriend crashed her car... It must be a very calm comunity for the cops to lose time on this one....
@@loutreacariatre3637 1. She's 18; technically an adult, which was why she was taken to jail and not a juvenile detention center. 2. That sort of crying and screaming over a car is not normal behavior. It's fine to get upset, and it's understandable to get upset, but to react like that past the age of two is not acceptable. She even denied that she did anything wrong, which shows a lack of ability on her part to accept responsibility for her actions. 3. She was charged for resisting and disorderly because she was screaming and acting crazy, not for "crying" (I didn't see any tears, tbh). And yea, before it's mentioned, I know the mother mentioned her being Baker Acted and that she has known mental health issues...but it's not a "get out of jail free" card. What's sad is that some folks between the ages of 16 and 25 seem to think it's okay to behave like that (I've seen similar behavior from that age group in other bodycam videos), and now they're society's problem instead of just their parents' problem.

She is clearly out of her mind but at 18 , having her car crashed is quite important when it's your first one... that amount of money exess by far what she ever had... IS the suspect menacing anything ? clearly not she's on the floor screaming.. has the suspect hurt anybody ? no she was'nt even in the car... Has the suspect insulted anyone ? no such charges have been retain... So a young lady , who got her car crashed and started sreaming , has to go to jail whitch is clearly terifying her.... as i said , wasted public money and cops time here... where i live we have real 18 years old criminals, who commit real crimes, and are a real problem... A youg lady screaming and crying after her boyfriend who crashed her is no menace to society and has clearly nothing to do in jail... @@loutreacariatre3637I mean she lost her mind. Screaming uncontrollably, rolling around on the floor, and not listening to police or your own mother is plenty cause for someone to get you to chill out. The charges most likely got dropped anyway.
@@loutreacariatre3637 My point with the "she's 18" comment is that the law considers her an adult. It doesn't matter if you think she's a kid or not, by law she's an adult and is expected to behave like one (and is treated as such). It sounds like you're defending her reaction. I'm not saying she isn't allowed to get upset, but it's telling that her first concern was for her car and not her boyfriend. She was acting like a toddler, which is inappropriate for her age, and it's not acceptable. If she's not in control enough of her own behavior, or doesn't have the tools/skills to cope with her emotions, then she shouldn't have a car. I hit a patch of black ice and totaled my very first car; and I did not behave like that. I was happy that I only hit a rail and not another vehicle, and my family was more concerned about me than the car. I was grateful that I only had bruises and no major injuries; I certainly didn't drop to the ground, screaming about my car being totaled. Finally, look up "Disorderly Conduct". What she was doing was 100% that, and it's a misdemeanor crime. Menacing is a completely different charge (and since she wasn't menacing anyone, she wasn't charged with it). Resisting arrest is 100% what she was doing as well, since she wasn't obeying the officers (kept trying to get away, and refused to get in the car; that's called "passive resisting w/o violence"). The only part you have correct is that no; jail is not going to help her. But this country's mental health support is garbage, and sadly many folks with actual mental health issues (who wind up causing scenes in public and problems for society) wind up in the revolving door of jail because Reagan got rid of mental hospitals and nobody has bothered to reconstruct more humane ones for these people. Folks 18 and older, as well, can only be committed under their own volition (unless they get the Baker Act, and even the Baker Act might just put them in a facility for testing for 72 hours, max).
@@karolinedavis3492 Actually I got the impression that she is probably being scammed. She obviously has some handicap and probably emotional disorders so she probably gets Social Security. A lot of times the teacher would just tell him to leave us alone and it would stop, but by the next day he'd be at it again. They always look in my locker, but I keep them in my waistband." His friends were complimenting him on how smart he was and I was happy cause I had a way to get rid of him. Waiting has some benefits. If the police talk to the suspect for longer they might say something that gives PC for an arrest. In some cases people don’t know the law or just want to feel heard so spending extra time to explain things or just listen for a bit could create some good will. That won’t work all the time because some people are just out of control. Sometimes it’s just a delay tactic to stall for more officers. I get that watching these people act like children is frustrating and that cops aren’t paid babysitters, but going hands on also has issues. If the cops get hurt, that costs taxpayers money for things like paid leave and training new officers. If the suspects get hurt we pay to treat them in jail and to defend against any lawsuits. If they were just going to get a ticket but get arrested then we pay to house them in jail and try them, then that’s extra money we’re spending.

it's so sad to see because it's obvious teens who use the "I CAN'T BREATHE" card (while screaming at the top of their lungs) are heavily inspired by the 2020 incident with George Floyd and the BLM movement, which brought light to multiple cases of victims who sadly died at the hands of police brutality because the officers would not let them breathe. the girl with the broken car was barely being touched, sitting still on the grass and crying like a little kid for nothing. you can see it in the things she says, like "they're all corrupt pigs!" while treating with one of the most patient, professional officers i've seen. it's so unfair.

"You're daughter is intoxicated"
"But she doesn't drink"
Well, obviously she does since they not only did a test, but they found booze on her and she wa combative like a drunk teen
The fact that she doesn't even need to worry about getting a new car and her parents got her covered makes that situation even sadder
And I'm saying that as someone on the spectrum. I have never used it to try to get away with misbehaving.
What's sad is that some folks between the ages of 16 and 25 seem to think it's okay to behave like that (I've seen similar behavior from that age group in other bodycam videos), and now they're society's problem instead of just their parents' problem.
@@KonDragon008 You seems to believe you become adult on your 18th birthday... that has never been a reality... some will have adulthood forced on them as they'r just children... And for some lucky ones it might take a few more years... Her being 18 does not mean you can't show empathy...
Screaming against the grass is quite pathetic indeed... but can be undestood when you think this girl had her car crashed by some stupid guy... Moreover we dont get to see her arival or anything she has done until the cop try to arrest her... She is clearly out of her mind but at 18 , having her car crashed is quite important when it's your first one... that amount of money exess by far what she ever had...
To assess if cops are waisting money i like to ask myself some simple question...
Moreover if she is realy mentaly ill... sending her to jail for such a dumb motive will just furthermore expend the traumatism and will not improve her situation ...
I can just imagine the look on the judge face when he had seen her... poor guy had his time wasted for good on that case^^
That second girl is so concerning to me, how does anyone allow these kids to go out into the world

Does not excuse her behavior in any way shape or form. She can't use her size to fight going to jail.
my theory is she's dealing with a multitude of untreated mental issues. while she does seem intoxicated, she's clearly delusional (stating Joshua Bassett, famous actor, is her boyfriend) or the typical "don't trigger me!"/"don't unleash the beast inside me!"/"i'm gonna let out my demons!" kind of threats are common denominators in anti social disorders.

@@RazyrDiarmait he probably felt it by the weight...
The first girl and the first parent are so entitled. Why? As if the rest of us aren't working our asses off, some of us deeply suffering doing the right thing every day, trying to be a good person. How do people become THIS entitled? Hearing them speak words is deteroriating my intelligence.
In the first vice the cop basically almost said “I can put you in handcuffs and beat you to death” 😮 wow this cop is an undercover devil
That is not what he said 🤣
''Hanna Montanna????'' Had Me Dying💀
The back flip girl looks like she's 40
Exactly
And she probably isn’t in nursing school anymore. They don’t put up with someone having a record. Especially alcohol. Too close to the drugs she will giving. Trust is a big issue with the healthcare field.
@@rhondamyers4936 I sure wouldn't want her as my nurse.
What I don’t understand is why they spend so much time talking to them. Give them the opportunity to make a choice then get them to comply.
its like a time out. you cant think about your actions when you're freaking out about being arrested
@@l337ath3ist thanks for explaining; makes sense. However, I’m really thinking of those that are so out of control the officers have to repeat over and over.
The first girl is a minor. They should not have done the search or anything without consent from the parent. They were extremely aggressive too… she’s a child and isn’t a muscular man the way they tossed her around is disgusting.. the first thing they should’ve done was attempt to deescalate the situation.
Her boyfriend's number isn't in her phone and she doesn't know it...
He doesn't exist.
EDIT:
He doesn't exist as her boyfriend
and hes *famous*
It's probably some celebrity and she's a crazed stalker
She said Joshua Basset, he exists he just doesn’t know her
He exists, but he’s probably a west African, or Indian scammer 😂
More than likely a scammer happens a lot vulnerable people will act like celebrities and ask for money here and there, and to keep their relationship a secret.
I was never this entitled at all. I was working at 16. Omg
Same. Gen X here.
@@Melody_Loves_Music Me too (Gen X and worked at 16) but I also drank and did some weed. Let's not pretend these are mutually exclusive.
Not for nothing but the third girl I can understand her feelings. She had no coverage on the car, her job involved the use of her car, and she lost all of that. She can’t get a new one, the car is totaled. I can understand her frustration.
Literally all teenagers nowadays should have an encounter with a police officer or military training
They're getting worse and more entitled than ever
Said every generation ever
“Do NOT trigger me!” 🤣🤣🤣
and the heavy breathing..
Never thought I would see a Femcel in real life lol
Damn second girl managed to land Joshua Bassett? Someone better tell him he’ll be facing charges too lmao
My 15 yo got in trouble at school. They suggested...yes, suggested... two days of one hour detention after school helping the janitorial staff. I asked for the whole week, 5 days. They said it was the first time a parents asked for more. I went to HS in the 80s, kids have it way too easy today.
You’re my favourite parent on UA-cam now.
That very last Mom was awesome. "You will say thank you, and you will get your [butt?] home."
That first girl...absolutely disgusting! And the fact that she is 13 and drinking alcohol is pretty sad and pathetic. She has already thrown her life away. I have absolutely no hope for the younger generation
Young teens have been drinking alcohol that they sneaked from their parents liquor cabinets since liquor cabinets were invented, or getting adults from OLDER generations to break the law and buy it for them.
@user-pn2it5ty4g seriously. This is nothing new, yeah it's horrible but this happens in every generation. It's just with bodycams and social media we see it more
Even tho I'm only 14, I also have no hope for the younger generation, the only way it can be fixed is if they accept Jesus into they life an repent, and I ain't sayin I'm perfect either, I'm far from it, just like everyone, but at least I KNOW that
