Funny what people take from a song. This was a theme song of mine when I looked after my mother who had dementia. When I had self doubt I put this on and got through another day. Brilliant song, great lyrics use it for your own struggle!
Katrina is by far my favourite CrossFit athlete for always being focused, consistent fiercely strong performance in all her competition 👍❤️🇨🇦❤️

Different drugs need different tests. It´s supper expensive test for all drugs. imagine for all those athlets..... AND there are some drugs that get out of your system in 3 days!! So, with this information, take your conclusions..... (this works for crossfit, football, bodybuilding, Olympics, etc...)
