I love the way this sounds with you playing. That’s the way the Dawson kid’s song needs to be produced. Double time in the percussion from the way he has it now and a few changes on the words. I know that could chart if it was produced right. The melody is killer. I asked him for the lyrics and if he wanted me to draw up a contract but I haven’t heard anything more from him. I told him I would write one that I didn’t get a dime if I couldn’t fix it and make it work but I told him I wasn’t doing it for free and that he had nothing to lose and everything to gain. People’s beliefs about money keep them broke.
